    Bought a 2013 Infinity from Alacran Auto Group on 09-13-2024. Test drove the vehicle and at the time it did not have the service engine soon light on and was running well. After a week it broke down on me and as soon as that happed I did call the dealership to let them know of the problem, he did state he would fix it or for us to get the warranty he was offering but he never contacted me but my husband and I decided for him to fix it and he kept the vehicle for 2 whole weeks and never did anything to it. I continued with the problem and he kept on staring he would fix it and never did. For this situation I decided not to make my first payment due to the fact that no one would pay for a vehicle that is not functioning normal and now I'm without the vehicle and without my money when it's not my fault that this dealership sells cars that are not in working conditions and I'm not the first ******** with this problem cuz there is lots of bad reviews on their own website about similar issues. All I want is my down payment back

    Date of transaction: 04/12/2023 Hasnt been 24 hours since transaction Vehicle: 2018 ***** Silverado **** pickup Vin: ***************** Amount paid to business: $21,069.63 Deposit of $1000 *** a trade in for my vehicle My Vehicle was a 2006 ********** eclipse VIN: ***************** A man named ******* who works at the dealership named ALACRAN AUTO GROUPCORP committed to provide me with a 2018 ***** Silverado **** pickup with ******* miles *** a trade in offer of $1000 for my vehicle.The nature of this dispute is that the vehicle provided has a mileage of ******* when a man named ******* from ALACRAN AUTO GROUPCORP stated the vehicle only had ******* miles. **** they took my car for $600 instead of the agreed $1000. I am seeking a full refund with my deposit and my vehicle traded in. They lied and manipulated the paperwork and the truck so I would not see the miles after I trusted everything they told me. Upon doing a test drive, the electronic dash of the vehicle only showed low tire pressure alert on 3 tires of 20 psi and 31 psi on the 4th tire. *** it did not show mileage on the vehicle due to the alert on the dash screen which ******* Stated its fine dont worry about it so I trusted him and proceeded to finance it threw a bank called ***** Credit Acceptance Corporation.Today 04/13/2023 I called ******** phone ************** I informed him about the issue and how they sold me a vehicle at the end of its life expectancy with the engine lights on, he stated yes come in and return it or we can get you another car too. I told him I can show up later today after I call in from work. Then approximately 1 hour later I received another call from a woman working at ALACRAN AUTO GROUPCORP She stated in an aggressive tone we wont accept the returned vehicle. *** if we did, I will not give you your car or your deposit back she also said to not call back.
