  Installed 10 windows on two separate occasions: first install of 3 windows in upstairs bedrooms went okay. Upon the first light rain, there was a leak underneath the area of install, they had to come out and caulk, this resolved the issue. Second install of 7 windows took less time than the 3 windows installation. The workers broke a porcelain shelf attached to the shower tiles and the tiles around the bathroom windows and tiles underneath the window and tried to cover the broken white tiles with a white silicone that dried yellow. The workers advised me of the broken shelf not the broken window tiles they attempted to cover up. I refused to pay, and they begged me for at least half, I agreed as I thought it was going to be a quick fix that could be covered by the remaining amount. I WAS WRONG! Someone from the company came out weeks later and basically made it seem as though I made up the damage and was no big deal to fix. They sent another person, he removed the tile from the upstairs bath and never returned, bath is un-usable, as there is exposed sheet rock and large holes to the framing, we can't use the bath or shower; the person wanted to remove the downstairs tile, I refused, glad I did as I have not seen or heard from them in over a month. I have an exposed window and shelf removal area with exposed sheetrock and concrete; No tile to match the existing tile, no shelf to fit the holes left by removal of the broken shelf. called them beginning of July as each of the installed windows was leaking, they were extremely condescending to me. I mentioned the fact that after install they never tested the windows for leaks, did a shoddy job, the second crew for the seven windows left yellow caulk/insulation around the upstairs windows, glass and metal shards and nails in my back yard I have dogs, left the bathrooms filthy, cracked the wall in the living room on top of the damage to my bathrooms. 10 remaining windows to replace, will NOT be using this business.

  Per our sales representative, *****************, we understand that ******************* has found the correct soap dish, and we will gladly reimburse that charge. She has also selected the tile for the bathroom, which we will purchase and install. After completing that project, we will thoroughly address and repair any damages.We are committed to fixing any damaged sheetrock, including texturing and painting as needed. Weve tried to reach out to ******************* to begin these repairs, and we want to assure her that we are here to help. We will do our best to accommodate her schedule as we work to make everything right.

  WE took over mom and dads house after they passed and we had Premier replace all the windows the order was fast and the install was great and clean what a difference it makes on the house . We will use Premier again for other projects .
