I live in the Euless area and have had several problems with my plumbing including backed up pipes from roots, backed up toilets, dripping faucets. I have called other plumbers and been given false information and shoddy work, and very expensive. Then a neighbor mentioned **** Plumbing and explained how in depth detail they took at not only correcting the issue but explaining how it occurred, so I made an appointment. ************ and his crew arrived ahead of time, I did not have to keep calling asking where they were or when they would be arriving. They made me feel as if they were there to do the best job, which in these days is almost impossible to find a contractor with the customer put first and not the amount they charge. My main line is flowing beautifully, I have recently told my sister to call for her plumbing problems. Today she explained to me the work was completed and was very comfortable with Mr. ********************** crew. She is now contacting her daughter to have some issues corrected at her home. In this world that is so out of touch we need people like **** Plumbing doing the job that no one wants to do but has to be done.************ you and your team need to be commended for the great customer service you provide.
