Amongst many other problems we are having damages have been done on our property to items that were repaired and replaced last year to have them deny any liability for these things after verbally taking accountability for them and going as far as ******* saying she would want someones head on a spike if it were her home. Because I complained and was very vocal and annoying to them in repeated requests for these things to be address they have denied all accountability and stated unless I have documented proof they will do nothing. Guess I should have taken video of the entire incident so that we would have proof. We had the flashing and counter flashing on our chimney redone last year and looked flawless. The counter flashing has now been beaten with a hammer several times and covered with a fresh coat of paint and called good, after saying it needed to be replaced. Our HVAC gas furnace vent has been in two places and denied having touched it at all. We also had them do aluminum fascia and softit repairs, where and handyman was hired and looks like I did it myself, that we are still waiting on them to fix as well. Nothing about this job went right was unsupervised due to overbooking of jobs, their own admission!!! Plenty of mistakes were made and they deny liability for it. The only thing so far they have done was hire someone to properly redo our skylight since their crew according the skylight company did such a poor job it would almost certainly have leaked in heavy rains.
