    Date that I contacted Mr ******************************* came to my home to check on water leaking from the rear of my home through the lower bricks. After returning home I noticed he had been there. No work done. Water is turned off.I spoke to him the following day. Said he would be back out. After trying to call him during the next day. He would not answer his phone. I could tell he had done some work. There was a cut made on a panel on the rear of the home. And a brick broken and missing on the lower part of the home. I tried to call and get a report from him. No answer. Water still off. By Friday the 19th. My water had been off for 4 days. I tried calling him multiple times. He will not answer calls or messages. If he is not going to finish the job. Then he should let me know. So that I can try and reach out to another plumber. But now there is damage from Mr. ******************** to the exterior of my home and I still do not have water.
