    I have used *** shipping company 2x already and they were reliable and fast! Mr **** is very nice and helpful!

    Unfortunately, I can not give less than one star else I would give in minus. ********* from ***** promised delivery within 7-10 business, though he said it would arrive earlier than that. It is the 20th business day today (Including Saturday as the courier service works on Saturday and excluding Diwali and another festival), and I see my package will be coming on the 18th. Initially, ********* gave the excuse for the festival creating a backlog, etc. (That is not a customer concern, and they have to handle it), as well as their practice of handling the weight. We packed and weighed it; it was 14 kg. When it reached their ****** hub, they gave some excuse of volume weight and made it 21 kgs (Please note we had other courier service weighing giving quote). The only mistake we made was that *** gave a lower quote. I did reach out to Mr. ****** ****, and he marked my email to ********* and let him explain. In this process, my package wasn't delivered on time, and they increased the cost also. IF POSSIBLE STAY AWAY FROM SFL.I hope my package will be delivered safely as these guys opened to do repackaging.

    I recently used SFL Worldwide for delivering a courier, and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. The process was smooth from start to finish, and my package arrived safely and on time. The team was responsive, professional, and made sure everything was handled with care. I highly recommend SFL Worldwide for anyone looking for reliable and efficient courier services. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

    My experience with SFL Worldwide has been worst & terrible. I am deeply troubled and disappointed with the way they are doing business. I would give them 0 star and advise any future customers to be really careful. I engaged them for shipping 2 boxes with some important documents, valuable antique, personal and household stuff to my family back in *****. I Spoke to representative named ***** from SFL worldwide. We started process back in Jan 2024 and its already Sept 2024, there is no trace of my boxes, and no one is getting back to us. They have been so irresponsible and have been lying to me. After I received the shipping label, sent 2 boxes to warehouse. I have the proof from *** ex for delivering boxes to warehouse and signed by warehouse team member. *** ***** from SFL worldwide also confirmed that boxes have reached warehouse. I signed the contract and sent the payment cheque also. *** asked me to wait for the containers to fill and then boxes will leave warehouse. Later manager informed me that 3 containers left after my boxes reached warehouse. So, I have no idea why *** kept lying. I have made so far ***** calls and ***** emails. Upon following up multiple times, *** ***** got back to me saying your boxes are lost, and they are not able to locate them. Manager got back to me are still not able to locate your boxes and shared images of unidentified boxes to see contents and identify. When I identify and ask them to share additional pics, nobody gets back to me. we have been going through pain and stressful days for the past few months. My family is shocked with their cheating act. service provided is poor, Communication is terrible and very irresponsible, unprofessional representatives, careless ***s. **** customer service, stealing customers goods. I am dissatisfied and frustrated with their lack of professionalism, lies and stealing of customers goods. If you care about reliable shipping, customer service and delivery, DO NOT ship using SFL Worldwide.

    They are absolute scumbags who don't deserve to be in business. We moved our entire furniture from the ******** to ***** in November 2023. The people they sent to package the furniture were horrible vendors who did a really poor job. In addition, they lied saying it would take 3 months to ship to ***** and it actually took 5 months. A lot of stuff went missing or arrived damaged. The shipment was just thrown around in their warehouse and came all dusty and dirty. We were horrified and disappointed having waited for so long and having paid so much money for such poor quality of service. Their sales staff are just unprofessional and horrible to work with. They don't want to solve your problems, they just redirect you to someone else who also does the same thing. Here is the list of things that went missing or were damaged:Missing:1. Bed (almost all parts are missing) Missing Headboard. Missing Wooden slats 2 bed frames missing (only 4 arrived) 4 bed legs missing 2. 1 Gray chair missing (only 1 arrived)3. 7 (Uhaul+Home depot) boxes missing (we shipped 35 in total, 28 arrived)Damaged:1. ** Monitor damaged and unusable 2. 2 ****** ****** chairs have 1 wheel broken in each 3. Sofa broken and torn 4. Study Rack is broken 5. Big Dresser is broken and has paint damage 6. 3 other dressers have paint damage 7. Dining table is broken 8. White Study table has paint damaged 9. Table fan stand is broken 10. Broken Instant Pot We have basic insurance for the shipment per our contract and we filed a claim on their website more than 3 months ago (Sept 2024 now) and still haven't heard back. I requested a callback from support and haven't heard back. We provided photo evidence for all the damaged items in an email thread and haven't heard back as well. I will still try to get my refund but my advice anyone reading this is simple: If you care about reliable shipping, customer service and delivery, DO NOT ship using SFLWorldwide. They are a disgrace of a business.

    I was skeptical about their services and how they are able to provide this kind of service in that price tag , but they proved me wrong. The service was excellent. The shipment was received before the committed date . Interaction with Loken was Fabolous Great pricing and very efficient. I saved at least 50% by using them. It was all very easy and smooth! Will definitely use it again and recommend to friends/family too.
