I placed an online oder for delivery at 234pm and when i dint receive it more than an hour later I contacted the store more than once and submitted a request for a cancel on a oder and refund request as well i submitted the request for each of them twice and i called the technician number it was given online multiple times afer about 5 min it tell u everyone is busy leave a message and nobody calls u back the online request never responded back and u call the store where the oder was went and the manager tells me he has no idea what or how to go about it and that he doesnt know why nobody came to get the oder when other oders have been picked up but not mine and tells me he doesnt know what to tell me or how to even cancel or have a refund done I submitted a request after the transaction was completed with the cc i used like i was informed to do i tried to cancel or stop payment the same day after trying and trying to get it resolved almost 8 and i was told they couldnt help until it completed so i waited and then i submitted after more than 24 hrs it was done i was told yesterday that my request for refund was denied and to contact taco Bueno email used was **************************** address is ******************************************************************* for the amount of 28.3 card used last 4 digits 5385Business Response

My wife went through the drive through. Mind you because we love taco bueno we keep giving this same location a chance time and time again. This time is it. We ordered 8 bean burritos, 3 tacos, a tostada, a Mexi dip and chips (which we didnt get) a mucho nacho and a big freakin nacho. This total was $65! This is absolutely ridiculous. They didnt have the salsas that we asked for. Said they were out. We didnt receive our mexi dip and chips. And they charges us $65! We didnt order beef and bean burritos. We orders bean burritos. Our entire order was messed up. By the time we got home they were closed so we couldnt even call up there to have them make it right. No wonder taco bueno is closing down everywhere. They are a joke. 06/07/2024 $30.59 taco came 1/2 taco stuffed into a full shell to act like there was a full taco. No chips that are to be with meal. Queso bowl 1/4 full. This is the 2nd time i have ordered over $25 worth of food and there have been major issues. I have filed complaints on their website with no response.Business Response

I was recently at this location and I ordered a 10 pack of tacos and some refried beans...the total was $38.00. This completely shocked me. When I arrived at the window as questioned the amount...the young man was sooo rude accused me of not being able to afford my food or else why would I ask. Then slammed the window in my face...so hard I thought the window was gonna break. He never came back. When I filled a complaint NO ONE even acknowledge it. Much less respond. Drove through the Jupiter road location. I ordered the wholotta platter. The order contains beans, rice, enchilada, hard shell taco and a muchaco as well as guacamole, sour cream and queso. They gave me my meal in an undivided container and the queso in a tortilla shell cup. Why would anyone think this would be edible by the time a person drove home and carried it inside. It was all smashed up together and queso spilled on everything making the taco shell soggy. It was a mess. I was so hungry I figured Ill try to eat it On the 1st bite the fork broke before I could even get a bite. Thankfully I got a drink and cheesecake chimi since taco bueno wont answer their phone and I cant leave work or send someone else to get this fix.Business Response

My husband purchased a meal inside the store sept 18 2023 he left his wallet on the counter by mistake and went home he instantly realized he left it and called the store numerous times before someone answered once they answered he explained that he left his wallet and the crew member hung up on him we proceeded to go back to the store to ask was it found and to speak with a manager the manager was rude and refused to be of any help and just walked away from the counter she didnt even ask any probing questions to assist or try to help locate the walletBusiness Response

on 11/25/20022 pulled into parking spot of taco beuno ****************************k, there was a large rock in space that you could not see as you pulled in. Damaged front of car. When asked employee they said they knew about rock. I asked to speak to a manager was told no and then asked for corporate number was told I can look up myself. Proceeded to call for several days no manager or corporate response
