    1 star is much to generous for this business. Their customer ********************** is non-existent at Premier Appliance in ******, *****. No one has ever answered the phone, or returned my call(s) by the end of business day, as stated. No response to texts either. Weve been without a working dryer since Thanksgiving. Finally had a diagnostic visit on Dec 10, then they scheduled ANOTHER diagnostic on Dec 24 instead of fixing the dryer, and I cannot reach anyone there since. We are beyond frustrated as this is the only company we can use with our (purchased) extended warranty from Lowes. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    Premier Appliance Service was contracted by ********** to complete my fridge repair which was under warranty. Premier Appliance Service visited my home six (6!!!) times over the course of two months before finally fixing my fridge. The repair failed after two weeks and they have not returned my texts, calls, or emails.

    Hello, Per our office email sent over this morning, we advised to contact the appliance manufacture directly in regards to the failed repair. We do stand by our technicians workmanship but since this a manufacture issue, we cannot replaced the appliance as you are requesting per your email. We at Premier Appliance strive to be as quick and courteous with all of our customers. Our office staff if trying their best to make sure we get to all of our inquiries. But nether the less, we do apologize if we did miss your call, voicemail or text message. Once again we do apologize greatly and wish to keep you as a future customer, but do understand if your experience has not been great this time around. Please do not let this experience make you think we do not take care of our customers. We look forward to working with you and your manufacture whatever they decide. Thank you!

    These people do not return phone calls nor do they communicate with the customer of whats going on once they come out assess the problem with warranty. I have been waiting over two months to get a freezer fixed and no response except emails saying the parts are ordered after leaving multiple messages and emails. Still no response very disappointed in the way these people do business.

We at Premier Appliance strive to be as quick and courteous with all of our customers but please do understand due to our high call volume we are not able to attend to every phone call immediately.     Service technician arrived an hour earlier than the 5-hour window provided and was angry when I wasn't home until 15 minutes later. I called regarding two problems. He diagnosed one and said her would order the part and return in 3 - 5 days to complete the repair. When I pointed out that there was a second issue, he got angry but determined another part would be needed as well. He left in a **** and said he would order the parts but didn't say if or when he would return. When I called the company three days later to check on the status, I was advised that the technician had closed the order and marked it complete. I send an email inquiry and two days later a "supervisor" called to say he would see that the job was reopened and completed. That was 10 days ago, and no one has followed through. I give them an "F" for service and responsiveness.

    So I bought a freezer from Lowes in ****** Tx, it is still under warranty when it went out. Opened a claim with the warranty folks and they sent a technician from Premier Appliance. He looked at the freezer and said he need to order parts, a fan. I waited for about five days and they sent a different Technician who looked at the freezer and said the previous Technician misdiagnosed the problem, this time it is the compressor that is failing said he has to order it, waited for more than five days and received a call from the warranty folks, saying Premier told them that I neglected and abused the freezer because it is in my storage shed next to my house. The Technician DID NOT mention anything like that to me while he was here. Now they said that they are not going to repair it. I have seen a lot of people including my neighbor who has a freezer or refrigerator in their garage or shed. Waiting to see what happens before I open a case with the Texas ************************* consumer affairs.

    This company came out for a warranty repair for our refrigerator. They assessed the damage, ordered a new door, and came back when the part came in. It was unfortunately only half the door, and not the half that was broken. So he ordered the correct part and said to call back when it arrived. We did call back. Every day. For the last week. I have left multiple voicemails. No one has ever answered the phone, and no one ever returns my calls. Their voicemail ******** says their hours M-F, 9-5 ,closed for lunch ****pm and to leave name, number, etc. and someone will return my call by end of business day. This is obviously not true. I just want a call back. Please call me back. Their website is non-existent. The only other number I've found for them goes straight to voicemail and says I can't leave a message because the mailbox hasn't been set up. I just want to talk to you and get my fridge fixed. Please, have a heart.

    I was assigned this company by ******'s dryer warranty repair service. The company changed the date of my service via text message. I called the company several times and left a message but no one called me back. I realized no one was calling me back so I just took off the new scheduled date. The technician was nice was informed me I had a 90-day warranty. The next day I went to dry my clothes and it worked for 5 minutes and hasn't worked since. Since then, I have called every day, several times a day, and still have not received a callback. It appears that all the money spent was for nothing. I called Maytag back but since I am out of warranty I have to pay for it myself and that is their approved company in my zip code. So, I guess I have nowhere else to turn. Nobody takes responsibility for their work anymore.

    Premier was assigned my warranty claim from Lowes/Assurant warranty company. I was without a refrigerator for 8 weeks. Although I generally found the technicians pleasant, it was all a formality because they new it was defective and unrepairable after the second visit. Premier clearly acted in coordination with Assurant to keep the claim open by saying parts are being ordered, when they were not. These fraudulent practices are about wearing down the customer, so they just give up. They repeatedly failed to return calls, despite their voice message states all calls will be returned same business day. Their motive wasnt my claim, their motivation is to maintain service contracts with Assurantmy claim was resolved by contacting consumer advocates.beware of Premier.

    This company was assigned to me from ***** Hone Warranty. The technician that came had an argument with my husband. He ordered parts that were on back order for over a month.The technician came back and it's still isn't working. They didn't contact my service provider with the status. I had to email and they told me to contact my provider. There was nothing else they could do. Very unprofessional.

    Lawrence with Premier appliance came to our home today to fix our dishwasher. He called me in the morning to let me know the time range he would be out in and verified my address. The address he had been given was incorrect, so he let me give him the correct address. This is the third appointment we have requested to get our dishwasher serviced from Lowe's. Each time, for some reason, the tech has gotten the incorrect address even though we have purchased several appliances from Lowe's, had those appliances delivered, and even had this dishwasher serviced before today (by a different company). I do not hold Lawrence at fault for any of that. He was a great tech and quickly got our dishwasher back running. We are very grateful for his hard work & professionalism.
