    We've found Wide Image Solutions while searching for a specific. Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and the care they took in packaging my order.     I had an excellent experience with Wide Image Solutions. They sold us a printer and have serviced it twice for minor issues, which were actually our fault for not replacing consumables timely (we all try to get that last bit of ink!). I have found them to be responsive, timely, and courteous to our staff. They have answered our questions and provided us with tips and tricks to help keep our equipment in good working order. I routinely recommend them to friends and colleagues.

    BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS! I ordered and paid for a "refurbished" graphtec plotter from wide image solutions, which took over a month to receive when they said it would only take 3 to 4 business days for shipping from ** to **. Once received, the plotter never worked, so I tried contacting the owner or anyone from this scam of a business over 100 times. They declined my calls knowing that it was me, because I tried calling from a different phone number and they answered right away and then hung up once they realized it was me. I tried to fix the plotter through their so-called "warranty" which also turned out to be a scam, as they kept giving me the run-around without offering any solutions to fix the broken machine they sent me. I had my CC company reverse the funds and had to pay a technician to install a whole new motor on the machine. Once the owner realized my CC company reversed the funds, I got an email saying that someone was coming to pick up my plotter (this was the first response I had received from them in over a month). This is where it gets even worse. The man physically showed up at my place of business demanding and screaming that he gets the plotter back. He came all the way from ** to CA to threaten me and harass me into giving him the machine back after I invested money to fix it. I had to file a police report with local authorities, because he threatened to come back everyday until he got the machine. I don't want anyone having to deal with what we had to go through with this insane person/business. Do yourself a favor and buy your machines from anywhere but here!

    This person was trying to do all possible to steal from us. First, he would on purpose not answer texts or emails so that nothing could be recorded, he first got all his money back, then we flew all the way to ********** and rented a car and got a hotel room and went to his place and he was not there. We called him and he said that he got his money back and was going to keep our $4500 machine as well, since he paid $2000 to have it repaired. After another day of not answering calls or texts, and after many calls, he finally answered a call and said that he would give us our machine back if we paid him the $610 that the paid to get the machine repaired. we went and got the cash and paid him the $610 and got our machine. he has lied all the way through, he has tried to steal from us, and then now he is trying to leave us with negative feedback??? this person must be stopped!! he has still not provided any evidence that he did indeed paid the $610 and of course does not have the old motor for us to test and verify that it was indeed bad. we have done all of this on his words and have spent thousands to get him taken care of. We have done all correctly. he got his money back- every *****, he also got another $610, and we picked up the machine and drove it from ********** all the way back to ****** ourselves.
