    Order *********. At about 8:45pm the staff began locking the doors to the lobby with the sign showing that the lobby closes at 9pm. We went to the drive through since we got locked out at 8:45pm with the door still showing 9pm. As I got to the drive through speaker the young kid (male) said: "Ok so before you drive off listen to what we have right now." I told him that I had a mobile order and gave my name. He then responds by telling me that to wait so he can tell me what didn't get fulfilled by them for my order. I got upset as it has just gotten to the point where we can't reliably place an online order and expect to get what we ordered and paid for. I told him that I didn't understand why they are always out of things. this happens all the time and it's ridiculous. I said I don't understand why we got locked out when it's not 9pm yet. *** told me since my order is canceled theres not point and that I can just leave now. I got more upset at the treatment I was getting I told them to Fk off and the kids said for me to never comeback. I went up to the drive though and the kid who was working the drive through shut the door on us. We said we wanted to speak to a manager. the kid, who had black and red hair, was wearing a shawl with fringes. how is that safe to wear in the kitchen area or sanitary.? A woman came to the window, she sounded like the one that gave the short staffed excuse over the intercom. I told her I want to speak to a manager. She informed us that not only was she the manager but she was the general manager. I asked her if this is how she trainer her staff to behave? She began hollering at me telling me I was the rude one and I told her I was rude after the fact. That they always close the lobby early and its not even posted and they are always out of original chicken and potpies every time we order. She told me that they are short staffed which is why she closed and I said then post the new times. She said I WILL!

    I want a refund for my order which I didnt pick up and I want the owners to finally do something about the service at this establishment as its gotten out of hand.
