      Flew through a charter from *** to ******. Arrived Saturday night into *************** at 6pm. No snow - no snow on the ground. *********** chose not to hangar the plane - and had a flight the following day to Aspen. **** came in the following day at 1030am/11am. *********** left at approximately ****am. They had the plane de-iced and passed over a bill of $3400. They could have - #1, hangared the plane the night before for $600 - or #2 left before the snow. ***'s response from Baker was, "When Rich people fly they need to pay the bills". I told him rich people are rich because they exercise common sense. ***'s flight crew didn't exercise common sense and he doesn't care. He won't take ANY accountability and wants to blame the broker for the pricing. He thinks the broker should pay for his flight crews lack of common sense. Just understand what you're getting from this company. *** simply won't take accountability and has a very poor attitude. I will never fly with Baker again - and I fly private a LOT.
