I have filed numerous complaints via email, resident portal AND in person. My HVAC unit is not properly functional and it is July 2023 in *****. I have had numerous office staff come in to my apartment, agree that it is not working, take pictures and tell me they will get back with me ASAP. I hear NOTHING. I email the property manager directly and hear NOTHING. My windows have also been a complaint since I moved in and I keep getting the run around on that as well.Nothing has been fixed and I continue to get ignored. It is not a healthy environment for my apartment to continuously remain at 80+ degrees during the ***** Summer.Business Response

The ** is being replaced this morning. We also had a different set of contractors come out and seal the bottom seals of her windows throughout her apartment. We thought everything was complete until one of our representatives meet with her at her apartment to see what was needing more attention. ************** informed our rep that she was talking about the upper part of her window areas that needed attention. There is another crew with the ** installers that are taking care of the window seals. We are hoping this helps her with her concerns.Customer Answer

I have started to have a HORRIBE experience at Station 121 at Town Center. The neighborhood seems to have turned for the worse. The police are always here for whatever reason. There is NOT enough lighting and security around the property. I have been calling the office speaking with ******* and ******. I feel as if they don't care about the issues that I bring to them. I explained last week that I feel this has become a very unsafe living environment for me. Being that I am a single, young female Living alone. I feel as if they pick and choose what they want to react and/or get involved. Just last week I called the office complaining that a young lady was going around knocking on doors looking for her boyfriend. She eventually before she left busted his windows and both side mirrors. I called the office and NOTHING was done. They state they don't get involved with matters like that. Which is fine, but they could've sent some type of public notice bringing awareness to the situation. Then there was another issue my downstairs neighbors are yelling and fighting. I called to make them aware and guess what NOTHING HAPPENED. I called all summer about people being in the pool all night. Just loud and being very disruptive especially since people still have to work etc. For that they sent a notice and made a little 9pm curfew. They only stuck to that about two weeks than it all went back to normal. They simply don't care about your well being in this complex. I've been here roughly 4 years and it is now HORRIBLE. Everything is a mess. I just am very uncomfortable living here. I sent ******* an email expressing how I was feeling unsafe and never got a reply back. Nobody has done a follow up or anything. It just shows me that they really don't care. As long as you paying rent. They could careless about your wellbeing/safety. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. I'm ashamed to say I live here. I asked about leaving due to my safety and they trying to pin a **** fee.Business Response

We encourage all residents to call the police if they feel as though something domestic is going on on property. Residents are also encouraged to let us know when they call the police so I or we can get the police report and move forward with infractions depending on the severity. ****** was informed that the resident wanted to move due to a different reason. If it is in fear of her life, she is free to vacate the apartment. All residents are quoted what is in black and white from the lease a resident signs so everything is uniform. The lease states that a person must give a 60-day notice; pay through it and pay the $2500 Early Termination Fee which lets them out of their lease with good standing. We do not have courtesy patrol for after hours and once again, if people are being rowdy at the pools or outside, residents should call the police. If they are in fear that the police will knock on their door, they can always call and ask to be anonymous. Station121 has no control of an upset boyfriend or girlfriend and how they react to whatever a situation is. We screen everyone the same and if they qualify to our rental criteria, the applicant can move in. In summary, if she would like to move because she will fell better/safer elsewhere, I just need a date of move out and I will put her apartment on the market.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: There was no other response on why I wanted to move. I sent an email to ******* explain for was due to me feeling unsafe. I stated that I felt like I was being watched and shortly after that is when the situation happened with the random girl. I call on several occasions and I never see any emails that go out making other aware. And I was verbally told would happen. I am a young 26 year old female and dont have **** to just give anyone. I just wanted to shine light on the fact that I think a lot of my complaints go unnoticed . Or Im just told anything to get me off the phone. Its extremely sad to see such poor care or concern is given to residents. I use to love living here Ive been here for several years with no issues. I just now see how the property really feels about their tenants. I will no longer recommend anyone to live here && I cant wait till my lease is over. I have no issues paying my rent but Id rather go somewhere that cares about issues brought up. I will be keeping all my records and will communicate via email going forward. I will have nobody talk as if Im lying. I know what I was told on the phone and again nothing happened. I will no longer accept anymore lies and unfulfilled expectations from anyone. Im sure if they lived here and were to go through the things I do, they would feel the same way. Buts its fine when my lease is up I will gladly leave . Which is what I shouldve did instead of renewing. I can take my hard earned money else where. Where I feel safe and that my feelings matter . I use to feel like that at Station 121 but that has changed.

This apartment complex has lied to our face and everyone ************. I moved in and not even 3 days later I discover the ***** problem that I read about but thought was resolved. I submitted a maintenance request and was never put on the pest control list for that following wednesday. These apartments are nasty and need to be looked into. Ensign wasps have been in my house due to the fact we are having a problem with roaches. The amount of roaches not only in my unit but everyone elses is disturbing. I want something to be done or I cant live here any longer .Business Response

An e-mail was placed from the resident about having pests in their apartment on Sunday, 06/05/22. They were placed immediately on the pest control list that Monday when I went through my e-mails and placed them on the pest control list for Wednesday 06/08/22. In the meantime of Wednesday coming, they contacted the City of NRH to tell them they were infested and the city contacted me Tuesday to see what the plan of action was from Station121. I told them that they were placed on pest control and we had to see what the professional technician saw. Wednesday the 8th came and pest control went out. He treated all baseboards, pulled out the kitchen appliances and sprayed and even talked t the resident through her ring camera in her apartment. She never mentioned having an infestation and only had questions of where he was spraying. They talked and he left when he was done treating the apartment and they were done talking. He did mention to her and myself when he was done treating the property that he saw no movement or anything that could seem as though she had an infestation. Her apartment has been placed on the pest control list for 06/22 for follow up of treatment. I walked the apartment when the previous resident lived there and saw nothing. My Assistant also took move out pictures and there was not one ***** in any of her pictures and my Leasing Consultant also walked the apartment before ******************** moved in and saw nothing.
