    I took my vehicle to the repair shop that I found on ******** marketplace which I saw some good reviews. My insurance was going to pay due to an accident. Everything was confirmed with my insurance and the body shop. But after a month going back and forth with the insurance and body shop the claimed got cancelled. When I went to retrieve my vehicle I was told I had to pay storage fee when I wasn't advised there would be a fee. Not sure if this place is legally operated because I saw no license when I went to pick up my vehicle . They also drove my vehicle which I didn't understand if they wasn't going to fix anything until the insurance paid the claim. I had to pay $400 to get my vehicle back even though nothing was completed. Don't understand why I couldn't just get my vehicle back since nothing was done to it.

    ON MAY 24 THIS COMPANY WAS CONTACTED TO PERFORM SOME CUSTOM WORK ON A ***** CORVETTE. I REQUESTED A **** SPOILER TO BE PAINTED AND ATTACHED TO THE **** ALSO COLORED ***** TO BE ATTACHED TO THE BACK OF THE BUMPER. FIRST THE COMPANY SAID THE **** COULD BE PAINTED W/I 24 HOURS THIS TOOK A WEEK. THEN I WAS TOLD THEY COULD INSTALL THE **** W/I 2 HOURS AND BUMPER ***** THIS TOOK 24 HOURS. UPON RECEVING MY VEHICLE BACK I TOLD THE ***** TO MAKE SURE THE **** DID NOT HIT THE DROP TOP OF THE CORVETTER AFTER RECEIVING THE VEHICLE BACK THE **** SPOILER WAS NOT ATTACHED CORRECTLY B/C IT KEPT HITTING THE BACK OF THE DROP DOWN FOR THE CORVETTE. THEY TRIED TO FIX THIS ISSUE BUT MESSED UP THE PAINT ON THE **** SPOILER. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD RE PAINT THIS BUT NEVER ANSWERED THE ***** OR TEXT MESSAGES. ALSO THE BUMPER WAS PUT BACK ON INCORRECTLY TO WHERE HE BROKE CLIPS TO THE BUMPER AND THE ***** WERE NOT ON CORRECTLY WHERE THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE SLIDING OFF OF THE **** THE **** WAS NOT SUPPORTED CORRECTLY TO WHERE IT WAS WOBBLY, RUINED PAINT JOB, AND THE ***** DAMAGED THE ***** OF THE VEHICLE BY PLACING THIS **** ON THE ****** A TOTAL COST OF $825 WAS GIVEN I AM REQ MONEY BACK I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW TRUCK, NEW **** SPOILER, AND PAY SOMEONE TO PUT MY BUMPER ON CORRECTLY. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT REPLY TO TEXT MESSAGES NOR DO THEY ANSWER ***** CALLS.
