I originally took my brand new car in for repairs for damages from a minor accident in July of 2020. The damage was on my driver side rear tire area. While your ********** location fixed the original concern, they caused more damage to my vehicle that they still have not fixed. When they did the 1st paint job on my car, the paint had dripped on the black portion of my rear bumper and there was paint on the rear lower light. It looked horrible. I voiced my dissatisfaction to your staff. They then decided to take my car back in and attempt to fix the horrible paint job that was done right there and then while I waited in the waiting area. They attempted to fix the drippings of paint by taking a RAZOR BLADE and scrapping the paint off of the plastic bumper. They left my car with lines of deep scrapes and gashes and visible signs of scraped and chipped paint. They wanted to make me believe that, that was normal. They even made a comment that, that was the best they can do to fix the damage they caused. I unfortunately dont have pictures of this first incident because I was so upset. I had been in a rental for a week and at this point my rental was returned since my car was ready for pick up. I took my car back into service for the second time and had no way of getting to work because your Masco refused to get me a loner car and my insurance would not cover another rental since this was in the body shop now. This was an inconvenience for me and money out of my pocket to pay a friend gas money to take me to work. The second time my car went in, MAACO had done the exact same thing AGAIN. Paint was dripped onto the black part of my bumper. Once again I expressed my dissatisfaction and the car was back in the shop. I waited again. Then the car came out with scrapped and chipped off paint. They also attempted to clean it with some chemical which now discolored the black part of my bumper. It no longer matched the rest of my brand new car. I was shocked and in disbelief. It was worse than before. It honestly looked like they had done the paint job outside because there are so many dust particles under the paint. It looks horrible. Once again I was told to take my car and they would call me when the new number was in. I had been in contact with the shop multiple times for hours arguing with ***** which I have phone records to show. He kept telling me he was gonna have a new bumper for me and would call me. He never did. Come October, (this has been ongoing since July) I get a call from the girl who works the office, threatening me of putting a lien on my car because we had not paid. This then lead to another long phone conversation with *****. He was once again going to order my new bumper and call me. HE NEVER DID. On December 1st, I got a letter from his lawyer that hes going to *** me and put a lien on my car because I did not pay him for his services. Fast forward to November 6, 2022, they towed my car from the airport. I am 30 weeks pregnant, they left me, my husband and our dog stranded at the airport. While also towing my car they have caused additional damage and there is multiple warning lights on in my car now.

Maaco Auto Body Repair *********************************************************************************** was hired on May 24, 2022 to repair car. My car was repaired and I picked up on 6/30/2022. On the 13th of November, my 2018 BWM was taken from my property at *********************************************************************** by Force One Recovery. ********************* was contacted to get resolutions of unpaid balance on November 14th. ************************** said that he would call Maaco to resolve the issue. On Tuesday, November 15th, I contacted the manage ***** at Maaco and he stated that because the insurance company did not pay the balance, he put a lien on my vehicle and now Commonwelath would also be responsible for the costs incurred to recovery the car of $1800 which he would not share that information until the balance was paid off. It was stated by the Manager, ***** that the insurance company was full of sh... and they do this all the time and they should have paid them when they sent the final costs. *****************************, insurance adjuster stated that the body shop wrongly took my vehicle, and they double billed their company for charges and procedures that were supposed to happen but did not. I received an email from Commonwealth, ***************************** stating that the check for the settlement was issued on Thursday, November 17, 2022, directly to the Maaco. ********************** stated that the check is for only the damages to my vehicle, The shop should not be putting a mechanic lien on my vehicle since that proceeded the additional supplement. The shop had overcharges on the estimate that he requested to be removed and the shop should release my vehicle. I called Maaco to speak to the manager on Thursday and Friday November 17th and 18th with no success and was told on Friday that he would be out until Monday November 21st.

On 07/03/2022 general manager order **** from ( force one recovery towing company) to repossess my vehicle from a private property at 1:30am without the proper documentation. When i spoke to nick ***** of the towing company he declined to share where my vehicle had been taken and the fee for towing and storage fee i proceeded to contacted ***** ***** general manager of Maaco in which he stated in order to obtain my car back I'd have to pay an amount of $2,660 i requested an invoice with a breakdown of the charges he provided two different invoices "due at delivery $1,000.00" and another invoice that states " due at delivery $2,660".I proceeded to contact ******* police station to file a stolen car and they declined to assist me. I went ahead and paid $2,660 to Maaco to recover my vehicle but i requested from ***** ***** the proper documentation in which it gives him the right to pick up a vehicle without him being the lean holder as well proper documentation in which it states he has the right to withhold information where my vehicle had been taken he stated he didn't have any of those documentation.
