    On ***** I had my vehicle MKS Auto Services having repairs done on my truck I get my truck back and I noticed they have messed up my door in my front quarter panel or front fender should I say and the hinges to the door I showed it to him and he agreed he found out who did it. I called them on October 1st 23 ask you for their insurance information because that Friday before I called them and told him what I quote I had gotten for the repairs in my truck. The one quote said ****. I called him on October 1st ask you for insurance information. He said he has to get hold of the owner. He called me back his name is ***. Call me back. And told me he got my number to the owner. And that the owner didn't get a hold of me within a week to *** them. All I'm asking for is for the money or to have my truck repaired. I don't want them repairing it. MKS Auto Services. Because the day I picked my truck up. They didn't tell me about the damage they had done. They were hoping I didn't see it they tried to conceal it. So I paid my bill of $1,000 that day. And when I brought this to his attention he said he would go back and look at the cameras. And then he came back and told me that the person working on my truck had hit my door with the lift. And then he tried to straighten it out so I wouldn't know they did. Once again all I'm asking for is my truck to be repaired or the money to fix it myself

    What I am asking for as a resolution. It's for them to give me the money that's going to cost to fix my truck.

    Mister ******** First Quote he gave us was for $2000. We did not want to use the insurance for that. So we were going to pay for it out of our pocket.
    But then **************** came back with another quote for over **** dollarso. That's when we decided to use the insurance. It took a few days to get everything inorder, but we gotta hold of everyone gotta claim number. ****** contact with *************** gave him the information so that we could get the situation handled. So the problem should be between the ***************** and **************** now.

    I went in for ** Full service on 6/20 since my ** was not blowing cold air, after spending $214 I went home and it seemed to he working as intended. When I started the car the next day it would only blow hot air, rendering their services insufficient. I took it back in where ***, an employee rediagnosed my **. Said I had a leaking compressor line and that he had no clue how it passed their leak check. Acknowledging that it should have been caught yesterday before I paid. He said I would need a new compressor to resolve the issues which was $400. I had already paid for services to the ** and asked how we can resolve this, he told me to wait for the Owner so I did. After 1 hour of waiting the owner arrives, tells me that he did his job and he can not refund the service, regardless of the state of my car. The employee *** was behind him and seemed dissappinted because he kept telling me he knew they were at fault. *** even told a customer while I was their that they could not work on her ** as their diagnostic machine is not running properly. He acknowledged I am the reason they now know its not working fully and denied that customer the same ********************** they sold me yesterday. The Owner insisted that "Thats just how ** repair works, it's my fault for not knowing about the leaky line." Trying to put blame on me while his employee had already acknowledged multiple times he did not know how my car got through inspection yesterday as they should have caught the issue. I am now in the same place I was before with a broken ** system, and now I have lost $214 to a company that can't even stand behind their equipment or services.
