    Ms. ***** asked for a $75.00 deposit in advance for the highlight appointment for my daughter (customer). She had always performed the service for $150-$175 in the past. The day before the scheduled appointment she raised the price to $285.00-$300.00 for a partial highlight. My daughter cancelled the appointment due to price increase which was 24 hours of the appointment. My daughter was told she would not be refunded the deposit for the appointment.***** never disclosed her cancellation policy nor her deposit policy in advance to the customer and when she was asked to refund the deposit for services not rendered she refused. She was contacted in writing to return the deposit within 3 business days which she has refused and has not responded with explanation.I gave the money to my daughter for the deposit so I am requesting she return the money through the method of payment she received it and she has refused. The document attached to this complaint also shows the request to her.
