I sent a rare master cylinder and booster to him and that was received 4/8/24. I called beforehand and was told it would take 3 weeks. It is now 8 weeks, and I cannot get them to answer the phone. The one time they did they put me on hold for 30 minutes, so I called from another line, and they said they'd call me back. Never did and have never answered the phone since.Initial Complaint

On 7/3/2023 I sent ***** The Ram Man an automotive part (Brake Master Cylinder) for rebuild. The part was received on 7/6/23. The *** tracking number (1Z67Y0X90353734409) confirms this, in addition I also received a voice message confirming they received it on the same day. The master cylinder was complete including pushrod and was removed from one of my rare classic cars. I also included a detailed explanation of the problems I was having. The add on their website states there is typically a 2-3 week, lead-time. This was also confirmed on the voice message the date it was received stating they will contact me in 2-3 weeks when it's completed for billing info. Since late July I have reached out so many times via ************** I have left countless voice messages asking for a status update. Not once has anyone tried to communicate with me. All I want is my part returned, At this point I don't trust the people and would be afraid to send money for the repair. I have detailed photos of my item that are available upon request. The item is rare and difficult to replace. The ram man has several You Tube videos on line, I had no reason to believe they weren't reputable.Initial Complaint

Purchased a rear Disc Brake Conversion kit for my **** Dodge RamCharger 150 4x4. Rotors they sent have a **** opening or hat . My truck has a 7 axle ******. Rotors are only **** MM thick or .20 inches. Not enough thickness to machine and Brake shops will not cut Machine shops do not want to cut down the axle ****** due to concerns of compromising the axle integrity. Kit is not made to fit as represented and other professionals refuse to make it fit. I recommend Do Not Buy This Kit. I have called and left 30 or more messages asking for help and technical advice with ZERO RESPONSE from ***** or ****. Do not waste your time or money. Thank You BBBInitial Complaint

These people are very experienced scam artists taking money from good hard working people who just wa t what they ordered and was promised as advertised on their website its horrible what they are doing to so many innocent people I only hope you can put a stop to these scam artists please help Thank You for your time in this matterCustomer response

After placing the order I was told I would receive confirmation of my order and shipping information as well in seven to ten business days; I have still not received any information even after trying to contact customer service. REFUND DUE SINCE OCTOBER 2022, Please send me either a money order or a check for $********* YOU CAN CALL ME AT ************ AND SEND PAYMENT TO MY **************** CARD ************************* ***************************************************************************************. April 18th 2022, I sent The Ram Man **** $1350.00 and a note to order (2) brake kits for my **** Dodge Challenger. (1) front brake kit ($995.00) and (1) rear brake kit ($795.00). They received my **** of America, *********, *******'s check 4.21.22 for $1350.00. The Ram man *** called me and I spoke with ****. I then gave her my **************** credit card number, ending in ****, and she charged an additional $440.00 for a total of $1790.00. I asked **** to send me an invoice which she never did. I do still have the cashiers check and a record from **************** paid to the Ram Man ****After numerous attempts to contact the Ram Man **** Phone calls and Emails, I finally reached them and told them to cancel the rear brake kit. I received my drilled and slotted front Kit October 2022. 6 Months after I ordered and paid...I have emailed and called and left voice messages and still no response from the Ram Man ****I want my refund for $795.00 REFUND DUE SINCE OCTOBER 2022, Please send me either a money order or a check for $********* YOU CAN CALL ME AT ************ AND SEND PAYMENT TO MY **************** CARD ************************* ***************************************************************************************.Initial Complaint

After conversation with the ram man we sent our collector car master brake cylinder by *** (tracking number 1Z831V230334122490) ON 9/28/2122. Verified thru *** it was delivered on 9/26/2022 to the address. During the month of October have been calling two different phone numbers:: ************, and ************, with last number announcing the phone mail is full. Also sent several emails using web site to send thru. NO response from any message system used.Initial Complaint

I ordered parts. The lady said she would email a receipt but never did. I tried many times to call, but no answer. I finally talked to the lady and she took my number and said she would call back, never did. I got ahold of her a week and a half later and she said she would call me back that day. Never did. They havent answered the phone since and now the voicemail is full so I cant leave a message. Its been a month and a half now, and I havent heard one word from them. After reading other complaints on BBB website, I can see they have done this many times before.Initial Complaint

Placed order and never received part. Continued calling said had problem getting part. After few months stopped answering phone. They will not answer by phone calls. Called from another phone number they answered told me get back with me but never did.
