This man ******* from the company, asked for my CC JUST to hold my spot for the date of party, he said he wouldnt charge me the deposit yet because he was my first vendor call and I was still shopping around, but he needed my CC to just hold the spot. I did intend to book after that, but when I sent a message confirming my date of party he wording reply or answers calls. So after that I decided to cx since he wasnt responding back. The day before my event he calls to confirm. I explained to him I had made other arrangements since I never heard back from to confirm nor cancel his services. He still charged me the deposit. He was very rude about the matter and told me he didnt care that I was going to be changed since so didnt cancel. How was I suppose to cx if he didnt reply for 3 months.
