      After contacting my account holder about a transaction from this 1dental at 10 26 pm. I was assisted into calling the company and ****** them and to see all the negative reviews I'm inclined to believe they also scammed me out of ******. I have never known or heard of this company. Now my cards are frozen until said dispute is investigated.. have insurance through my job. I don't want theirs. And can never speak with someone

However, I am unable to locate an account for you based on the name and contact information that you provided. In order to find your account so that I can issue you a refund, would you please reply back with the associated member ID? Or, I can look up the account by the first/last name and zip code on file. Alternatively, if you provide the last 4 digits of the card number I can search for the transaction that occurred on June 27th to refund that way.

      We purchased a dental plan on May 15th for $44.95 with monthly charges of $14.95 from 1Dental/**********. When we researched their website to find a provider (dentist) that accepts the plan we were delighted to see that our dentist was listed . When I went to my appointment today (06/21/24) and presented my 1Dental card I was told that it was not accepted and they are NOT a provider. I reached out to 1Dental to cancel the plan and requested a FULL refund of $59.90. $44.95 for the initial fee and $14.95 charged on 06/15/24. I was told that I would only be refunded the $14.95 and not the $44.95 charged on 05/15/24 because it was passed 30 days. I am seeking a full refund due to the fact that we paid for a product that we didnt/couldnt use due to their misrepresentation and false advertising by listing providers ( our dentist) that do not accept 1Dental. Upon further investigation, *** noticed other similar complaints of the same nature filed against 1Dental.

Your June payment had already been refunded, and I just refunded the first transaction of $44.95 for you. Please know that this is never the experience we wish our members to have. We work with tens of thousands of dentists around the country and we try to keep our provider list as up to date as possible. Oftentimes, this comes down to a simple miscommunication and our team is always happy to help clear up any confusion if we are able to.       We signed up the Careington 500 program on April 3, 2024. Total paid $49.95 for the first month to 1Dental.com. Was told will get discount ( 15-50% ) from the dental services listed by the program. We checked sevaral dental offices listed by the program. None of them accept the program. We were very upset so called for cancellation. But they only refund $19.95. $30 is non refunable. It is totally a game. Cheating naive cuscomers. Do not beleive in this company at all.

The $30 setup fee is non-refundable, however due to the issue, I am happy to make sure you get the full refund. I see that you disputed the payment.       Purchased this service for my family of 3, used their website for dentists close to us who use their program. Called 4 dentists from their website, whom none of accepted 1dental, let alone even acted like they have heard of it. Quite frankly just want my money back and no one else should waste their time or money.

      Please know we have cancelled your account and issued a full refund that should get back to your card within the next 5-7 business days.  
      If I ****** like to address your concerns. While our website is called 1Dental, dental offices may not recognize that name. The names of the plans that you had with us were the ********** Care 500 and the Aetna Dental Access Plans; these are the plan names that the dental offices would recognize.  
      Additionally, we never list an office without their permission. If the dental office is listed as accepting a plan but they say they are not accepting it, that means they have not notified ********** that they have chosen to opt out of our program. In any case, our customer care team is always happy to help with clearing up any confusion and help our members find a quality dentist in their area that accepts the plans.  
      If we can ever help you in the future, please tell us. Were always happy to help members get the most of their dental plan.

      Based of the company's website advertisement I paid $149.00 for a ************ ***** 500 & Dental Access) on December 7, 2021. The plan said that I can use it right away so I tried making an appointment to some of the dental companies listed on their website. Some of them has number that are no longer in service and others DO NOT ACCEPT the companies dental plans. I tried to call the 1 Dental telephone number listed on their website but the number is no longer in service.

Rest assured, our phones are back to working today and we will be happy to and able to assist you with using your plan and/or refunding your membership fee. 

      I would also like to let you know that a dentist is never listed on our website if they did not agree to give our members a discount. Often times if a dentist does not recognize the plan, we are able to clear up confusion very quickly.       1Dental has several ******** periodontists listed as providers which is severely outdated. Only a fraction of the Michigan periodontists on 1Dental's list are accurate. I personally called the Michigan periodontists offices to verify and most of them were shocked that they were still on the list. Being an active 1Dental member and broker (agent), this is extremely frustrating. I have addressed this issue with 1Dental several times in 2021 and nothing has been done to correct it. Please reference 1dental.com search for a dentist, search periodontists in ******** both plans, ********** 500 is a tad more accurate as far as providers, the open access plan has the major issues

      I am very sorry that your experience with the participating Periodontist list has not been smooth. I can certainly understand the frustration!  


      To explain, our provider lists are made up of "access points," that is, all the offices that work with the plan including each dentist with privileges at those offices. That list is updated every 30 days, but you can imagine that things happen outside of our control. Dentists and specialists may change which networks they will accept and fail to tell us; sometimes a dentist will transfer to another office and their office may fail to communicate that with us.  


      Rest assured, we want to make this right and we are working with **********'s Provider Relations team to report these issues in your area. We appreciate you for bringing them to our attention.

      I am rejecting this response because: 1Dental has given me the same response for months on end and I have yet to see any change. ************************** at **************************** **. hasn't worked there for over a year, Painless Dentistry *******, **. where ************************** worked at that office has been closed for over a year. ************* offices where she works at dropped the Aetna plan many, many months ago. ************* is listed multiple times on the !Dental Aetna plan when she only works at the ************ and *********** offices. As a 1Dental broker/agent, how can I with a conscious promote 1Dental plan when the provider list is so inaccurate and has been inaccurate for so long?

      On 8/18/21 I purchased plan member ******** for $24.95 + $30.00 enrollment fee = $54.95.I cancelled 8/23/21 because previously diagnosed root canal/crown was suddenly upgraded to $5000 extraction and implant/bridge!!!! This company requested full refund, but the actual company they broker for, ********** Dental downgraded my refund to $24.95 in email received AFTER full refund email received. This demonstrates either inability or unwillingness to honor written promise included in scan.I deserve previously processed $54.95 refund to card used ending in ****. ***********************
