    Door purchase and installation details-Purchase date: 17 Mar 2023 Purchase cost: $2,455.76 Installation: 18 May 2023 Complaint: Unacceptable product Mar - May 2023: select door tried delivering a door below acceptable conditions without any quality control inspection with multiple defects/flaws including staining, nicks and scratches that were very visible. It took the company approximately 2 months to deliver a product that I was able to accept.Warranty issues 10 December 2023: I communicated door issues (wood splitting) to ******************************* and requesting replacement under the manufactures warranty. After several weeks waiting for replacement, select door once again tried delivering a door with multiple flaws without proper quality control/inspection. I have been waiting for more than 3 months to get this situation resolved to no avail.

    We are working with ****************** to get a warranty panel in that is satisfactory to us and him. The latest replacement panel was due in this week (week of 4/8-4-12), however, the door did not meet the manufacturers standards to be delivered. We are working diligently with the manufacturer to get in the warranty panel and will have ****************** come in to inspect the panel once we get one in that meets ours and the manufacturers standards. The manufacturer is sending it on our next truck that we should receive 4/15-4/19.
