    I purchased an extended warranty when I financed my 2019 Land Rover through Santander. I paid my vehicle off & went to dealership to get the refund. The dealership cheated me out of $2500+ & issued refund for $274+ & stated that they had to send the refund to *************************** will send the refund to me. I only had the vehicle for less than 2 years when I paid it off. Santander refuses to give me my refund but keeps telling me that they sent it. This has been going on for several months.

    They took over my loan from a bank 2 months after the bank approved me and raised my payments. Im disabled and fixed income. I tried to speak with them and instead they repossessed my auto. I had got no letter prior nor would they tell me who towed it! My tags are on it and I still have the keys and all. I initially paid 9k now they want 16k for the car. Hows this?

    There should be 0 stars. We were in an accident 2 months ago that was the fault of the other driver. We've now been trying for almost 8 weeks to give us a pay-off letter so that their insurance company can pay off the loan and they continue to refuse to do so, all the while charging us interest every day. This kind of bad-faith lending should be illegal and fines should be incurred against this company for this.

    I never wanted to do any sort of business with this company but my loan was sold to them, I've had numerous issues with the platform and the customer service in general. I make all my payments on time and recently moved, they won't send my title to the dmv so I'm going to pay the remainder off to get away from this nitemare of a company. Do anything but use them I don't care if you borrow from the devil himself he will cut you a better deal then santander and probably send your title and give better customer service! There were times the platform said I was behind on payment but I would call and they would say that wasn't ********** a bike or do anything else then get any sort of loan from here. Trust me you will regret it.

    Absolutely the worst to deal with my vehicle was sold on 3/18/2022 and it still shows on my credit report I've tried calling to no availability when you call you get a call center that speaks broken English and really can't understand most of what they say there loans are paid off by a third party when you sell the vehicle and they have slow reporting to them so then it appears on your credit report as being late even though it was paid in full don't ever use ******* capital for your auto loan
