      It is my true belief that Avondale Collision and Repair in ********* intentionally delays communications with customers and insurance companies to rack up fraudulent storage fee charges. My firm belief on this is due to the fact that they charge $75 a day for outdoor storage of dismantled vehicles despite many days of failure to communicate with insurance and customers alike. My vehicle was with Avondale for 32 days and of that 32 days more than half of it involved poor or no communication from Avondale despite many requests for response and even management involvement after having gone 11 days without response. Yet despite this failure, those charges were still accumulated to my account and request for adjustment was responded with attempts to manipulate me into blindly agreeing to pay an amount prior to accurate invoice being provided. This also resulted in threats, sarcasm and generally insulting treatment. I believe they intentionally took advantage of my situation because they knew the nature of my car accident and assumed the money would come from insurance one way or another but what they did was inflict fraudulent charges on a disabled veteran family on a single income. Before Avondale responds with "but you signed the form showing the charges"- yes I did, but you failed to communicate far too many times and for far too long for the bulk of those charges to be viewed as anything but fraudulent. I want a FULL refund for the fraudulent charges and the emotional turmoil you inflicted on myself and my family with your poor and insulting treatment.
