Business ProfileforDSG Arms

On January 25, 2024, I ordered 10 packs that contain 3 magazine dust covers in each pack per online advertisement. I never received an acknowledgement email from DSG Arms for the order nor notification of purchase order being shipped. I had to login to my DSG Arms account to verify order and shipment tracking number. On 2-1-2024, I received the package via **** delivery. Immediately I noticed that the package was quite small for it to contain my entire order. Upon opening it there was only one pack. DSG Arms did charge me the full amount for 10 packs including shipping cost. During a three week period, I sent them an email which I didnt receive a response. I tried contacting them via two separate phone numbers listed on their website. Each time the call was answered by an automated phone system informing me to call during the business hours. Ive attempted to reach DSG Arms by telephone about two dozen times during their posted business hours/days and each time was answered by automated service stating the business is closed. I finally accepted the fact that I was ripped off and would not receive the entire order nor get a refund for the items I did not received. My online DSG ARMS account under orders shows that it was completed. My total order was $42.63 with each pack costing $3.31 each and shipping was $9.50. Im owed approximately $29.81 for the order items the merchant didnt fulfill nor did I receive. I wonder if many others were affected like me. It almost feels like they are on the verge of going out of business and if they are I hope ***** officials put DSG Arms out of business for good and tack on a big monetary penalty so owner doesnt get away with fraudulent profiteering.
