We live in ******************** Tx, My advice don't use this company they have terrible customer service. They replaced our whole system in and outside .A few weeks after they finished we had some trouble with airflow not being balanced and a few other things. They sent someone out and he said it was stronger in LR because the unit was big and the extra dust was because the filter in unit needed changed but he would turn in our complaint and also bring a new filter . after a week of waiting our son changed the filter. We never heard from them .We are in out 80's and we do not go upstairs and into attic. The dust got so bad one of our sons came into town on business he went up to attic . Our son said some of the ducts were not taped and the air was escaping from them and looked like not going to right rooms one duct was hanging from rafter and is bent. Evidently they did not protect the ducts from getting dirt in them while replacing unit that's why we have so much dust and also didn't put all of them back right. We have very little air coming into master bedroom actually the whole east side of the house gets very little air. Some one was suppose to come out a yr ago but never did.
