    Purchased a home and there is so many things missing, broken and not completed on the home. I have contacted the builder about fixing items on the home and communicated what needs to be fixed and the builder has gone silent and no response. After multiple emails and text messages to see when we can get things fixed, we have still yet to get a response.

    Purchased a house from this builder on 4/27/23 with a one year warranty in the contract. Builder came out to the house to take note of warranty repairs needed on 10/16/26 and following has disconnected his phone and avoided all contact attempts for these repairs via phone and email to him and the listed company contact information.A detailed email has been sent to the company and partners multiple times outlining contact attempts and the list of warranty repairs requested, requesting their response for these repairs. No contact or response has been made since the in-person visit on 10/16/23. Some of the warranty repairs requested are: 1. Master shower floor was improperly tiled and does not drain properly. Water is pooling in the back left corner of the shower and does not drain. It also appears as though there is a hole in the grout in this corner that is allowing water to seep underneath the tile. 2. The security system was disabled by the builder upon move in and never set back up as requested.3. Various pieces of drywall in the house crumble when drywall anchors are installed, as if exposed to water prior to installation. Drywall pieces are also crumbling from the ceiling.4. The diverter bath faucet in the guest bath was never installed correctly. It sprayed water back into the wall behind the tile in the tub. Builder came out on 10/16/33, took faucet with him to repair and never brought it back.5. The master bathroom sink faucet agressively sprays water, and was a problem prior to move in.6. The garage door has been off-balance since I moved in and does not close about half of the time.7. The front door is not sealed properly when closed.8. light in master closet does not work.9. The Electricity on the back half of the house has not worked since I moved in, including the outdoor outlet and the light next to the back door.10. The sprinkler system was never set up properly and has never worked.

    We bought a new build from All American Homes in March 2022 and since then we've had issues with our home that have never been fixed. They attempted to "fix" a draining issue that we had where water was seeping in through our garage and now it's seeping in through the bottom of the first floor of our home, making our floor lift up and the exterior of the house swell up which can potentially, if it hasn't already, lead to mold. Not to mention when they "fixed" the issue, they left a massive hole on our front steps that never got fixed and left trash everywhere. There's also tons of interior damage like cracks on the walls, walls that never got painted correctly, the garage door frame is falling apart and due to that the garage walls have lots of water damage, water not draining correctly and grout that was never done correctly all throughout the house.We've been trying to get in contact with owner ********************* at ****************************** or anyone from the company by emailing the email listed on their website ********************************* and by calling the phone number on their website ************* and have gotten ZERO response from *** or anyone from the company. In the emails we've sent out, we've asked if someone can kindly get back to us and we've also included tons of pictures and videos of the damage our home has as evidence. We've also gotten in contact with our home owners insurance and they've advised us to get in contact with the company, which is what we've been trying to do to get these issues fixed. We don't feel safe living in our home with these damages and we just want these damages fixed so our home can be livable. If someone can please kindly help us out, that would be great. We really don't know what to do anymore. I've attached a word document with some of the photos we've collected and have sent out to the company, along with the emails we've sent out. We have TONS of pictures and videos we'd be more than happy to send as well.Thank you.
