    They talk the talk to get your money, but, horrific to pay a claim when it is deserved and needed. They will change adjusters multiple times in order to avoid a pay out. Worst home insurance company in my opinion. Run away.

    They get no stars from me. Never trust this company they dnt pay on there claims. They only care about themselves not about there customers. Dont give any thought about this company turn away dont waste your time. If I would have known how they are I would have never went with this company. They should not be in business. There not even with one star.

    A month after the premium was paid my policy showed as expired. The *** said the hadnt gotten around to updating my account and sent me a copy of the policy. I cancelled right away.

    The absolute worst company ever!!!!! In 2022 they raised my insurance $600 and this year $1200. They are frickin crazy. One claim in a 2 decades. Now that I made a claim I am sure they are wanting to drop me. This company is price gouging and I will be looking into it further!!!!!!!!!

    Worst insurance company ever. I had water damage and I still had to come out of pocket $1800. They didnt cover the entire **** on top of me having to pay for the deductible. My insurance agent always sounded upset when I asked him questions. He was very rude to me and didnt explain anything. I had to do my own research.
