    I applied for a home with this company back in October of 2021. During this time I was rejected for what I confirmed was inaccuracies on my report. I left a review for the company in reference to my denial. My public review was responded to by *** with left a contact # of ************. In this response *** included mentions of my Late credit reporting's as well as collection accounts. This was done on a very public forum that can be looked up by anyone who clicks my name. This has done damage to me in a business opportunity that was presented to me. This is also Grossly ILLEGAL. I am seeking legal action if this isn't resolved by them in a favorable manner *** is completely unprofessional and should be dealt with accordingly! They never refunded me for 2 credit applications that were submitted under false pretense.

    Thank you for providing me the opportunity to respond. 

    I would first like to state that I reached out to ****************** over the phone after her review was made public. My intent of the call prior to any online response I made was to listen to her concerns and try to work something out. I never received a call back from ****************** so that I had an opportunity listen to her needs in an attempt to mutually resolve issues with her experience. Fast Forward 10 months and I still maintain the same position. As a human being I strive to be a better human each day and to help others where and when I can. I recognize her displeasure with the result of the application process and really feel if given the opportunity at the beginning this would have been resolved in a agreeable manor for both parties. 

    Our firm is not in the business of "collecting" applications fees as a generation of revenue and refunding their application fees was absolutely on the table, in fact I was under the belief that the refund was already made. Unfortunately looking back at the accounting the refund was not made. I do feel I owe that back and will gladly make that happen. 

    Please advise as to the next steps.. Just let me know how I can make this better for ******************. If given the opportunity in the past to meet ********************'m sure this matter would never have got to this point.
