      My car has been at the **** dealership. Since March with transmission issues. I've spoken to **** and **** both on two occasions. Now it's no communication. No one has reached out. I've left several messages and no return calls. **** at the dealership states he's never delt with an extended warranty company that doesn't respond or communicates. When I bought my car the **** salesmen was addiment that I purchase this plain just in case. This has been the worse experience so far. I have been without my car for six months. The extended warranty is a total scam. Car dealership should not recommend these services to their buyers.

      I bought my new *********************************************************** an extended warranty with Triton Insurance. I took my Expedition in to have a headrest fixed, two broken cupholders, DVD players fixed, and a hinge on the third road repaired. Its has been 19 days now without a car and with barely any communication (1 call to the dealership and 1 email to me) with little to no information from either. Just fill out a form and send it in. I have been calling (the people who answer are rude and cold). I have been emailing, only to receive one phone call back. They have not offered a loaner car or given any sort of timeline. I need someone from the company to call me and give me an update and a timeline as to when they will send the appraiser out to approve the claim.

      It appears the complaint is regarding Triton Protect Image Guard. Although the company names are somewhat similar, Triton Insurance Company is not affiliated with Triton Protect Image Guard. Triton Insurance Company has never issued contracts. None the less, we searched and did not find any Triton Insurance Company products issued to ********************** As this appears to be a misdirected complaint, please remove this complaint from your records for Triton Insurance Company.

      I purchased 2 Triton Protect extended car warranties through the ****** dealership where I bought my car. The warranty covers things like Windshield repair, key replacement, interior damages, etc. But, I have no way to file a claim through ******, nor do I have a way of getting in touch with Triton directly. Their website is useless, their "phone system is down," and the email they give does not work. I spent over $5,000 for both warranties and I would like a full refund with interest, or to be contacted by the business to follow through with their warranty.

      It appears the complaint is regarding Triton Protect Image Guard.  Although the company names are somewhat similar, Triton Insurance Company is not affiliated with Triton Protect Image. Triton Insurance Company has never issued service contracts. None the less, we searched our records and did not find any Triton Insurance Company products issued to *************************.
