    On January 17, 2022 I ordered a pro **** from Derek weaver for $899 and paid for it in full with credit card. And it was suppose to be delivered some time in February. I called the company in late February and was told it will now be ***** Called company in June and was told it will now be September. So the company called me on July 14, 2022 and told me that they can't sell me the **** for the price I paid ($899) the new price is $1279. My order number is *****. All I Could do was to get a refund they didn't give any other options, bought from this because of price, so I could have bought from other company at the for little more. Now the price is high

    Hello ******, 

    Thanks for the email to notify us.  We are aware of the complaint from ************* and fully understand his concerns.  We do not set pricing and are not the manufacturer.  The manufacturer of the **** he ordered is the Fortune 500 *********** ****:DOV and is the largest lift manufacturer in the world.  They were simply unable to produce the jacks when planned due to supply issues and the 2 month lockdown in *****.  When we receive updates from the manufacturer we have no choice but to pass this on to the buyer.  Dates have continually been pushed back for the same COVID issues facing all of the world and every manufacturer we deal with.  

    ************** paid to be in line with the next batch out but it was never produced by the manufacturer and has yet to be produced.  We were informed it would be produced in Aug/Sept putting it here in Oct/Nov barring any new lockdowns or supply issues.  A few people don't want to understand these issues but ****% all understand the world issues.  When things change we inform our customers and give them the option to keep the order at the new date/pricing or get a full refund.  ************** chose to get the refund and we happily refunded his purchase in full.  To deny the supply issues exist at this stage is a bit ridiculous.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They accepted my payment in full on January 17, 2022, And **** was suppose to be delivered in February. Why are they taking orders they can't supply? I bought from this company in good faith that I would get my order. Every time I called the company they give me a different delivery date never said any thing about a increase in price. The company should honor there price $899.
