    They made a promise I've got all the text messages they can't give me a run about a 351 that was not supposed to come out until December and they took out November when I called the number that was on the website the guy on the phone got mad at me and said you're telling me on my personal phone I said well I'm sorry I called the number that was on the website this place is a joke I've never experienced anything so unprofessional I just want them to send me my check for $350 and how to do agreement like I am

    04-13-2024. I paid ******* down. I was told I was buying a 2015 Harley street Glide special. That was going thru a ************************************************ perfect working order. When the bike arrived it had a dead battery. An it had no key. So called the business where I bought it, they said it had a key so the shipper must have lost it. Then the shipper tells me. He was sry but he would buy me a key from Harley ***** Since then I've wrote him an he won't answer me. I ask the the business an they say they didn't loose it so ita not on them.. so once I get the battery charged. Took 2 days. An I found the key fob that allows u to start the bike. I find that the bike has 13 codes on it. Showing all the problems the bike has.. I talk to the business again. An ask what do I do about it. Cause this bike has problems. Then they say. Well u have to call the ppl about the warranty it has. An did that got the bike into a shop an they do fix some of the problems with the warranty. But one part that they wouldn't cover was the speedometer an odometer it wasn't working. So they wouldn't fix it. So I had to pay for it. I spoke to the business again. An they get mad. An talk mean to me an to the shop that fixed the bike. Then told me they would send me ****** ro help cover my cost. But they haven't done that. I've called back 3 times. To speak to ***** the manager. But can't get ahold of him. He won't answer my calls. This has been the worst purchase I ever made. An they have been the worst business I've ever dealt with. I've seen many many ppl complaining about this company doing them the same way they have done me. Once I started looking. Almost all the same. Problems with the bikes. No keys. Some worse than others. An how they lie an say the bike goes thru a 28 point inspection b4 they send it out. Not true. I want to warn others not to make the mistake I did. An I'd also like the ****** they said they would send me.

    Bikes we sell go though an inspection process and a test ride.  We use 3rd party shipping to deliver some bikes out of state.  Sometimes the alarm goes off in the trailer and the bike arrives with a dead battery.  We do put them in transport mode but sometimes the shippers will move the motorcycle during transport and do not put the bike back into shipping mode.  We always ask the customer to test the battery and if it is bad we pay for a new battery or leave them to get charged.  We try our hardest to deliver a mechanically sound product but they are are mechanical and things break.  When they do we always take care of customer.  I will send her two hundred dollars to reimburse her for her expenses.

    So lets start off by saying dealing with any of these people is like pulling teeth I reached out about a bike a couple weeks ago and was asked 2 things whats your credit look like how much money you have to put down I told him 2k and it went to instantly send me the 2k and we will get you on a bike I said okay and sent a 500 dollar down payment then a day later sent the other **************************************************************************************************** my girlfriends name they approved her 3 times and then the day I was supposed to receive all the info about the bike that was being shipped they hit a road block as she had been price capped to 300 a month so we went back to trying in my name thats when ****** (****) told me I should get on rocket lawyer and forge a fake lease agreement to get us through that now idk about you but that sounds pretty illegal then after 2 weeks of this I got fed up and asked for my money back they supposedly refunded it last night but still do not have the funds in my account these people are scammers and crooks do not do business with these people if I had it my way Id hire a lawyer and turn them into the banks as **** says they have people fake lease agreements all the time so they can get financing

    This is not how this went. We worked diligently to get Rope on a motorcycle battling through hoops. Two hoops that we needed to get through was residency, which he stated his landlord was his girlfriend and that they did not currently have access to a lease. We recommended they use Rocket Lawyer to create a lease as they did not have access to one currently and it is a LEGAL DOCUMENT. He had stated that this wouldn't be an issue. His last step to funding was to show proof of payment for an unpaid bill. Our lenders would not approve him with this debt, period! We went to bat diligently for Rope for multiple days to get him approved without success. Rope and our company agreed that a refund of his down payment would be in order and we refunded his entire down payment through our merchant provider. This process can take several days and up to a week at times. However, we refunded his money at once. We cannot control how a merchant provider operates, nor can we control how long their process takes. 

    This complaint is strictly about Rope not receiving his refund to his liking in regard to time. He literally made this complaint within 24 hours of our company refunding his money although we told him openly that it could take multiple days. 

    This is VERY disheartening considering the time and effort we as a company put forth in trying to get him approved, especially considering we went to bat for him for multiple days. 

    It also catches us off-guard as the last conversation we had with him was very good with mutual understanding.

    I bought this bike and was lied to multiple times about the condition of my bike. First off it is a 2011 Dyna Wide Glide so I wasn't expecting a new bike but the issues I've found out could of been deadly. I was told the bike was serviced and safe. So when I received the bike I decided to take it to my local *************** dealership for a safety check. When I was contacted by my dealership they said there was numerous issues. First the bike was in a flood, the motor has rust on it, the front caliper was shot, the front brake hose was from another bike, the the tires was dry rotted, the brake light switch was bad, the signal switch springs was completely rusted inside and the one side was designated. I have personally have put $2,000 in this bike just to make it safe, when the owner told me before I got it to ************ it's safe it's been through their service department went through the bike. Also the fluids had not been changed in years dealership said was like molasses. I'm glad I didn't take it out and ride it because the motor could of locked up, the brakes could of locked up on me witch could of caused me to wreck and hurt or kill myself or someone else. I'll be also contacting the ***** attorney general to file a complaint about this dealership before some gets hurt or worse. My thoughts are if you want a repeat costumer to be honest and don't lie . Glad I had a safety check done before I hit the road . NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

    The out come I am looking for is for this company to be looked at for saleing poor products to people. Someone is going to get hurt or killed by the things they don't do to their motorcycles. And so people don't go broke fixing the issues.

    I got a 08 ultra classic from ** toys and they falsely added stuff to the contract that I never docu signed they filled in all the info some true some false they added references for two people who I do not know they also told me my interest rate would be around 8 that was lie I have had bike a month now and find all kinds stuff loose still have not received my tags they also added into contract lie after lie I have never received my contract

    I bought a 2012 road king 60 days ago and still haven't received the license plate. I could have done it myself in 1 hour. But when you buy a motorcycle from them they want to do it. I have provided them with all documents they ask for. This is the last day on the temporary tag and still no plates.

    The salesman basically contacted me being vague about what they had saying that he had over 20 bikes for me to choose from. I had recently been looking for a bike through tx toy but never ended up getting one because the one I wanted got sold. before even having a product for me to buy On the second go They called me, saying that they already had ran my credit without my authorization, and when I called, they were basically laughing and saying that it was only a few points off, which I exclaimed, was not the matter of the situation, but the principal and I just dont do business blindly, and I felt like the gentleman that was helping me is very inexperienced and not really interested in helping me, but just getting my money which I completely understand. Its just strange to me that this is a laughable situation when Im generally trying to spend a large amount with a company, as well as being conscious of the longevity with my purchase, and my future. My main concern is that Ive initiated my original search months ago, and it generally did not work because of the salesman; In my opinion, I do appreciate them reaching out to me again, but I do not appreciate them running my credit without allowing me to shop for my dream bike and then laughing about it because I did not want That to happen before I gave my authorization for my own its just seems off to a certain extent and Id like to file my complaint based on the carelessness of me as a consumer!

    I never actually purchased anything from them. I mainly filing a complaint because the salesman ran my credit and put a hard inquiry on my report without my consent. I was going to do business with them but we never got the deal done the first time I understand he had my information and authorization on the first time to try and complete the process but not on the second time.

    We had a signed credit app - misunderstanding between customer and ********************** person.  He wanted a bike and was asked that and said he wanted to proceed- not sure what happened about pulling credit report other than there was a misunderstanding.  

    It is an impossibility to take back a credit check soo - cant do anything to fix the situation other than go forward and sell the customer a bike.

    I found a bike I liked there traded my sxs in for it bike took 2 days to get here after it was supposed to be ready to go then it showed up with no keys they said we will take care of it after 2 weeks I had to call ****** to get keys made well come to find out ignition had been changed so called and told them they was supposed fix it didnt happen went on a ride got it home put it up went out the next day bike wont start just cranks called and told them said they would fix it and have there guy pick it up well 3 days of calling and asking they said he would be here Saturday well low and behold guy never showed up emailed the financial company they wont reply either so not sure what gonna happen now but Im not paying for a bike i cant ride and stopped running after riding it 2 times

    I purchased a 2013 Road Glide from TX Toy Sales when I saw a ******** ad. They had a bike in stock that really caught my attention. After speaking with a salesman I decided to make a purchase. I was told that all principal payments would go towards another bike if I decided to upgrade in a year when my credit was better. This was the selling point for me when I made the decision after talking it over with my wife. I told the salesman I was flying from ******* to ride it back home, and to please make sure everything was good to go. He assured me they do a 30 point inspection and replace anything that needs it. When I started my trip home, I noticed the front brakes were very rough but I was already 3.5 hours behind after waiting for them to fix a few things. (I was assured it would be ready when I got there). The next morning I got up early to finish the trip. (Luckily it wasn't stolen considering I didn't get any keys with the bike) I checked everything over and noticed the front tire was low, the tour pack lost a few bolts that were holding it on. After getting everything rigged the best I could, I got back on the road. During the trip I had a few issues with the bike not wanting to start when I stopped to fuel up. It would puff a big cloud out of the intake and wouldn't fire. After messing with the cobbled up wires, I was able to get it to turn over better. After getting home with the bike, I started going through everything to make it proper and sound. I took the bike into a shop to get it looked at and they said it needed brakes, along with a grocery list of other things. I spoke with TX Toy Sales and they said they would cover the costs to get it fixed, then it turned into they would cover parts, not labor. The front tire had a plug in it so I contacted them and they said they'd cover costs. Another broken promise and a lie.
