We purchased a used truck transmission for $2,000 and were told it was in good working order. They delivered to us , but it was in terrible shape and not at all as described. (metal shavings in pan). We called and they said they would take it back and that they stand by their products. When we tried to deliver it to them, the owner, *******, claimed that it wasnt the transmission that theyd sold us and refuses to take it back. She claimed it should have their stamp on it. We have never experienced anything quite like this before and are now disputing the transaction. It is surprising that a company that has been in business for while would do something like this, but the total refusal to believe or work with us makes the whole event seem shady. You would think as the business owner, she would at least check with the employees involved to make sure she was in the right. But no, she insisted without investigating, then hung up the phone on us. I also own a business and would definitely check with employees about what actually happened before assuming anything. It was late on a Friday when delivered, maybe they were in a hurry to go home and forgot to stamp it. But either way, this was handled very unprofessionally, rudely and seems suspiciously fraudulent.

We took an order from a lady from ************** on Friday November 4, 2022.   They requested a transmission for a 2009 ***** Silverado **** 6.0 Automatic two wheel drive.  We priced her the transmission with tax and the core deposit for a total of $2325.00. We emailed her the credit card authorization form and she sent it back placing the order. It was pulled Friday and delivered at her request Friday evening.  The transmission came out of a hard front end wrecked truck.  The customer called on Tuesday, November 8th stating he and his mechanic did not like the transmission because it has some metal in the pan.  Note:  All used transmissions have some metal in the pan.  I told him I felt confident in the transmission because of the hard front end collision that the part came out of.  I told him if he chooses to not keep it he could return the transmission.  He stated that he would talk more with his mechanic and call me back.  His mechanic in the back ground was rude and abrupt.  My plan if he returned the transmission was to put a new filter in it and restock the transmission.  I never received a call back.  It is a matter of difference in opinion about the transmission.  Wednesday November 10th a young man came in and said he has a transmission to return but he didn't have a receipt.  I told him ok let us check it and will get it unloaded.  When we pull all engines, transmissions, and differentials we wash and stamp the part in multiple places.  This is how we differentiate our part from the customers original.   The transmission the young man brought wasn't stamped anywhere.  Since the customer never called me back I assumed it was his core.  Then the customer called and insisted it was the part we delivered.  I told him it couldn't be there must be a mistake.  He called his mechanic and put him in the conversation and he was nasty and rude.  The customer I could talk to but not the awful mechanic.  After arguing back and forth, I had enough and eventually had to hang up.  We did investigate what actions were taken the afternoon on Friday and it was stamped by the parts puller.  I have no problem refunding the transmission, we just need the transmission back that we delivered.  Since then he has slandered me personally on our ****** listing.  He stated others customers had similar situations with our business, which is untrue.  If we operated like he states we wouldn't be in business.  We have been in business since ****, and take pride in our business and are here to help our customers with used auto parts.  Please feel free to reach out to me.

    Thank you,
