    On Saturday, April 13, I visited this dealership after finding a 2015 ****** Altima online. I reviewed the Carfax for the car, which was very clean, and took the car for a test drive. After the test drive, I decided to buy the car. At about 4:00 on Saturday, I drove my car off the lot. On Monday, April 15, on the way home from work, the car broke down on me. I had to call my husband to come pick me up. When I got home, I immediately called the dealership. When I purchased the car, I was given a 5 day 250 mile return policy. I told the dealership that the car broke down, and that I wanted to get my money back. I told them that it was inoperable, and I could not get it back to the dealership and requested that they tow it back since the car they sold me was defective. The salesman I talked to said that it was too late to do anything that day, but he took all my information and said he would get the process started. Today, April 16th, my husband talked with the person we purchased the car from at about 12:30pm. On my way home today, I saw that the car was still there. I called and asked to speak to our salesman, and then I also did an online chat with someone. I was told that someone would call me as soon as possible, but I did not get a call back. I drove by tonight, and the car is still where it was. I want to make sure I get the money back that I paid for the car, and I don't believe towing should be my responsibility, considering they sold me a car that broke down 2 days after I purchased it.

    I have been doing business with north loop Dodge when *********************** took over it way back when. Yes I know he doesnt own this anymore and yes he passed away but under him service was priority one and both dodges here will lie to you. Took my car and dropped it off for a check engine light was told 7 to 10 days and that was fine but today I got a call from service department that its my PCM and since my car was over 10 year or older they cant fix it because no parts has been made for that car well one search on internet dodge has a bunch of them from $600 to $800 and I told ***** my service guy this he had no answer plus he told me I had transmission oil **** oil pan leak valve cover leak air conditioner oil leak transmission oil cooler line leak and the best one I was told my sway bar links is leaking and it was like WHAT because the links is pressed in bearing with no lube points and plus I just had them replaced a month ago ok North loop defend yourself on this. Plus I never run my car under a quarter of a tank it had 3/4 of a tank because I just filled it up a couple days before dropping it off and I questioned them on this and I was told it had just above empty and they had pictures of this I dont want their money for gas replacement but what happened and they did try to run my bill up even though they couldnt get the computer and I found on and its on the way here **** is tossing in his grave what you have done to north loop Plus you can never get them to answer the phone because they are standing around talking Oh yea they say they dont use used parts well guess what a guy brought in a large box full of used body parts I bet that person will get charged for new My next car will be a Tesla
