      At the end of April I gave a cash deposit for a **** Bronco Sport. The arrangement fell through as I was having issues financing the vehicle as my family and I were relocating to ** and could not unlock my mother's credit in time. I provided the business with a forwarding address as they stated they could not give the cash back and would need to mail it. I have reached out on several occasion and still have not received the funds.

      I would like to get assistance with the repair, exchange the car, or get a refund. I purchased a 2015 Buick LaCrosse on 04/15/2022. I paid $3000 down. On 5/25/2022 while driving to work the whole back end of the car dropped. Well it was the shocks. No problem thats to be expected. So $400 for that repair. On 5/31/2022, while driving on the freeway, the car completely shut down. My husband was literally locked in the car for 15 minutes. The windows wouldnt let down, the doors wouldnt open, and he could not turn on the hazards lights. He was told the battery was dead. So we spent $200 on a new battery. Still no problem because its a used car. While taking our grandson to get dinner, dinner shut down again. We were locked in the car. It was 100 degrees and we could not open the doors or let down the windows. The baby was crying, we were in traffic, with no way to warn people that we were stuck in the car. We were almost hit from behind several times. My husband was finally able to open his door. Do he pushed the car out of traffic. I spoke to Autonation Fort Worth and they told me just to get the car to them and they would take care of it. On June 10, the were able to tell me that unfortunately they dont have the proper tools to diagnose the car. I spoke to the manager ***** and he said he would handle it since weve only had the car forty-five days. On June 20, they finally told us what was wrong with the car. Spoke to ***** again and was told he would handle it. On June 21, I was told the repairs were $2500 and the warranty would not cover it. ***** has been unreachable since Monday. Autonation has had my car almost as much as I have since I made this purchase.

      It was explained to them that the warranty does not cover all repairs and they understood that they would be responsible for any repairs.

      I purchased a ***************** 2014 *** from Auto nation back in February of 2022. The very same day after signing and finalizing the sale, I proceeded to leave the lot with the vehicle but found it had issues as the windows were going up and down by themselves and there was a weird noise coming from Behind the dash. These things did not reveal themselves during the test drive. I immediately contacted the dealer and returned the vehicle not even an hour later. The documents relating to the sale had not been processed or anything and I requested cancellation of the sale and refund of my down payment at that time when I brought the car back. I repeat I never left with the vehicle and made it not even 2 miles from the dealership before I brought the car back. I have since then become aware that this vehicle was in fact registered under mine and my business names. I applied for auto insurance and this vehicle came up and I also received a letter from DFW tow yard alerting me that this vehicle had been towed and again I have never owned it. My name is ******* Fair and my business is Gemini Natural LLC. All of the documents had my name correct as I have written however the registration for the vehicle was under a false name and I feel it was spelled incorrectly on purpose for whatever reason they did all of this for. The name on the registration is Geminiu natural llc with my name spelled as LanDonna Fair. This vehicle should have never been registered to me as I have never taken ownership of it. I feel the dealership did this in order to show a completed sale or something but I don't appreciate this vehicle ever being registered and attached to me and my business and would like to request Eradication of these false records.

      The car did have a temporary tag that was issued in her name, hence why she was contacted.

      I just bought a 2013 **** Focus when it had transmission failure for transmission control module. There was a recall that the dealer did not disclose. I dropped off my car on 9/27/2021 to their AutoNation service ***** and the dealership has yet to work on it. I have checked with **** parts and the part is in but AutoNation still will not order the part and have not fixed my car. I want my car fixed and someone to help me with why AutoNation will not contact me about my car.

      Customer did bring in vehicle on 9/27.  On 9/28 the concern was diagnosed and the part was ordered.  At this time **** has the TCMs on back order with no ETA.  Receiving these TCMs has been slow. I have attached the *** to show that the part was ordered. I also have a screenshot from ****s Website showing that part was ordered and as of today still showing Back Order with no ETA at this time. The Service Manager and the Service Advisor, have been in contact with customer letting them know of the challenge.

      Trust that we want to get this taken care of in a timely manner for the Customer.

      I am rejecting this response because:I have no one from AutiNation call me about the car since 9/27. It has been months and nothing and no eta. This is unacceptable. There has been no response from them. I want this matter fixed. There should be a loaner car or compensation for the days being without a car. Like a rental but AutoNation will not even contact me about my vechivke. I have left messages but they have never called back. They have the worst customer service ever. I do not know if my car is even there or has no scratches or dents since 9/27. I have received no phone calls or emails or letters of the status of my car. But seven months is too long without any response from any service .

      On Jan 25 my son purchased a car from auto nation Fort Worth, there was a pressure tactic to get him to buy a car he couldnt afford, eventually they sold him the car he came to buy. My son is 18, hes in school full time. He bought the car so he could find a job, the car has been in the repair shop since 5 days after he bought it. For whatever reason, auto nation wont respond to My phone calls regarding the sale of a vehicle that wasnt safe to drive. The car is in repair for the brakes. The car has been in the repair shop for 2 of the 3 weeks my son has had the car. The car should not have been sold or even test driven without brakes that work. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE, and auto nation Fort Worth does not care, the used car sales manager ************************* wont even call me Back. A lawsuit is next

      I bought a used ******** with warranty from Autonation on July. The car had an engine defect as soon as I drove it out of the place. I returned the car back for them to fix it, it has been a month and they havent given me a rental car, had lied to me, they sent the car to *** and when I spoke to *** they said Autonation has not paid for the service. Im paying insurance for I car Im not using, they have told me that I will still need to pay an amount for the service (which I refuse to pay a cent for, since I bought a 3000$ warranty and they have a 90 day money back guarantee). I have called hundreds of times and no response from them, I have had to use Uber to go to work and it is turning really expensive. I want them to either give me the full amount of money I paid back, give me another car that works perfectly, or repair my car for free (as they should) while giving me a rental car for the amount of time I dont recieve the car, while also paying me for the Uber trips.
