    On 05/13/24 I ordered online through NuLifeBeauty The Full At-Home Spa Kit 3 in 1 + Conductive Gel + Cellulite Cream costing $255.82. I paid for Express Shipping 3-5 business days. On 05/23/24 I emailed ******************************* asking where my tracking info was that they had said they would provide and where's my package seeing as we are past 3-5 business days. On 05/23/24 I did receive an email back with tracking info saying my order is on it's way. They refunded me the Express Shipping I paid for $8.67. After checking tracking info it showed my order would not deliver for another 13 days. I emailed them again on 05/24/24 requesting to cancel my order since it would take another 13 days. 05/24/24 ***** with NuLifeBeauty emailed me back saying my package is on it's way and that they refunded me the Express Shipping. On 05/28/24 I receive and email from ***** apologizing for the delay and that my package was still on it's way. Also that they were closely monitoring it. I then started researching the 3 tracking numbers they had given me. *** shows that their main office in ***************, LA scanned the package in which was the last record of it. Anytime anything being delivered *** and is at their main office you always receive it the next day. It is clear that the package is lost. It even says on *** website when entering my tracking number that my package is lost and that the shipper needs to file a claim. I emailed ***** again extremely upset with her inquiring about what were they closely monitoring because it surely was not my package. No response. I filed a claim with *** and they concluded that the package was lost after their investigation and that the shipper needs to contact them. It is now 06/05/24 and I have not heard anything back from NuLifeBeauty; I have not received my order nor have I received a refund for my $255.82. This is considered theft at this point and I am checking into what legal actions need to be taken. This company needs to be shut down.

    Ordered the ultrasonic 3 in 1 device and it never arrived. Company claims it was delivered but didn't require signature so was just left unattended outside. I called them several times as well as emailed and they were absolutely no help. Very unethical and I'm extremely disappointed.
