I hired Pro Service Solutions to paint the interior of my newly purchased home. I spoke to **************************, who is the owner of the company, and explained in detail exactly what I desired for my home. He agreed and quoted me $4,400.00 for the painting of the interior of my ***** sqft. home. I had requested quotes for other projects as well which I never received, which is probably for the good but should have been my first red flag. They showed up on a Tuesday, at 10:12 am. They had left at 4:30 due to a problem with the way one of the paint colors was mixed. They returned each morning after 10am and took lunch at 12pm till 1 o'clock to 1:30, then left for the day each day at around 5 o'clock pm. When they left they left paint stains in our sinks from where they cleaned their brushes, paint in my tub, and damaged drywall from where they had removed some wallpaper. The portions of wall where the wallpaper that were damaged, they had painted, the walls and doors had runs and the rooms were a mess. Their tools and equipment were left throughout the house and they did not bother to get rid of their trash. I had pointed out areas that needed to be touched up, and they never were. When I asked about the painted damaged areas they stated they weren't done, but they had painted it. At the end of the week they did not show up Saturday as they said they would, and had texted my Fiance' who is not the one who hired them, at almost 11am to let him know they would not arrive on Saturday.... At that time, from Tuesday Morning to Saturday One Master Bedroom had been painted and a Master Bath had Wallpaper removed and painted. The room needed touch *** and the Master Bath still had runs in the paint and damaged drywall that was painted. Also there were still paint stains on our Kohler sinks and fixtures. As totally unhappy with the quality of craftmanship and lack of professionalism I asked for a detailed quote of the work performed and to be reimbursed the remainder of the $2,460
