1. You do not need a license in the ************** to build patio covers. You do need a contractors registration in every city for permit purposes which we pay for and insurance as well, without both of those our company can not pull permits.

2. Our million dollar insurance covers everything except "acts by God" which is what happened in this project, a horrible storm came through the area unannounced, previously announced as rainfall which turned out to be full on weather storm. Still, we took full accountability and fixed every single issue in a timely manner, from hiring sheet rock experts, to inspecting for damage, to the cleanup aftermath, the home was restored to previous status.

3. The workmanship you speak of, has nothing to do with our business, you denied our plans and drawings and refused to follow our building recommendations, instead, you opted to use your personal connections to get a permit approved through the city of ***********, and because the city approved it, we agreed to build the patio cover to your liking. Our mistake was assuming the city of *********** would follow building codes, which apparently they ignored on your behalf, causing the patio cover to sag and then detach form your home, just like we warned you it would.

4. This incident happened in march of 2021, you took advantage of a small business that just started out, and who offered an immense patio for a fraction of the true cost, (not your fault, but relevant to the topic) and then sued us, in court for the decisions you took. When things didnt look your way in court, you came on to our social medias and outlets and left untrue and deceitful reviews years later to try and hurt our business, but countless of hundreds of homeowners since then can vouch for our character and integrity. The case is still in the courts as of today, and we continue to fight for our honor.

5 Our Patios by Design warranty covers labor and any faults by the company, after we were made known of patio cover flaws, (again, which we warned homeowner of possibility of it happening) we still tried time and time again to offer FREE LABOR, although we did not admit fault, simply because we were a new company and could not afford a bad review, and we wanted to make amends with clients so that they were also satisfied. But instead you demanded we demo and rebuild completely out of pocket, and it could not be done as the job was bid low, (which is normal when it is our first Job in a new city to bid low in case of any delays in new territory and we aim to keep customers happy)and after we already had unpredicted troubles such as the unpredicted thunderstorm, and still came out of pocket to fix your home, as we pride ourself in taking accountability even when it is out of our hands such as this incident.
