Beware of this company***Their representative estimated changing my bathtub drain and toilet wax ring for 592$. Next day a different person came and started cutting my sheetrock behind the bathtub. I told him the representative that came for estimate never talked about cutting the sheetrock. But he assures me it needs to be cut. Because of their miscommunication I have a big hole in my wall. And then he apologized and started working on my bathtub drain. I went to check in there. He broke my bathtub. He admitted he pulled too hard, and it cracked. He assures me the bathtub will be replaced and I dont have to worry about it. And then he started working on the toilet to put the wax ring. And he notified me he will go turn on the main water line. Next thing I heard something noise, I went to the bathroom and my bathroom was flooded like literally flooded. He forgot to attach the pipe to the flush before turning on the water. So, I went downstairs to check on my garage to see if the ceiling was leaking. And it was pouring from the ceiling. I moped the garage and there is water damage on my ceiling now. And he left in hurry telling me he will seal the toilet with silicon when he comes back to fix the tub for me. Water went into the wood under the toilet because it was not sealed, and all my floor is super wet. Next day their Boss came Mr. ***** and he refused to pay anything for the damaged. He has not answered my calls and text I left him to resolve the issue they created.I hired them to fix the simple job and turned into a nightmare for me.
