    I filed a claim with my warranty company ************ **************** on a clogged sewage mainline. The company referred Robles and Sons Plumbing *********************************************** Worth,Tx ***** ph: **************. On 7/31/24 Robles came to my home and ran a auger through my line and stated you have a collapsed line. I had contacted ********************* and they arrived on 7/31/24 and unclogged the sewage line No collapsed line. Sewage works fine. Robles still claimed the one was collapsed with no proof. Line works fine but he stated that I could not get my money back and he would keep it until the problem returned. The contract is a fraudulent contract, which voids any terms agreed upon. I am requesting the return of my $2,500 dollars from Robles and Sons. I texted Robles on 8/6/24 requesting my money and he refused to return my money.

    Heres the invoice when we both agreed on fixing the sewer line on the service line I. Front of the house his signature is on both acceptance signatures he canceled three hours after we started the excavation.he called me and I told him he would lose his money that he gave as a deposit and he agreed to it and I told him that if it would stop up again I would credit the money towards the replacement of the sewer line.
