We signed a contract with Pulliam Pools on 03/30/22 and on 09/02/22 we notified Pulliam Pools that we would be contacting the BBB to resolve the issues below. 1.Coping We selected classic travertine but Sandalwood travertine was written down by a Pulliam Pool employee whos had a track record of documentation errors throughout the entirety of our project. We are seeking reimbursement of $5300 as quoted by Pulliam Pools to correct this issue.2.Electrical With the number of errors discovered by myself and electrical being a major safety risk we will pay for an independent inspection. All electrical work and equipment that was installed or touched by Pulliam Pools or contractors working on behalf of Pulliam Pools will be inspected. Should any issues be discovered, Pulliam Pools will be held liable for all expenses associated with correcting the errors.3.Plumbing, gunite, pool equipment installation, and rebar (If feasible) With all the issues throughout this project we want to ensure our pool is going to be safe and reliable so we will pay for independent inspections on all these items. Should any issues be discovered, Pulliam Pools will be held liable for all expenses associated with correcting issues discovered during these inspections.4.Personal property damages We are seeking reimbursement for damage caused by Pulliam Pools during installation of plumbing. Our septic system was turned off causing the system to back up into the house. We are seeking reimbursement of $825 for costs associated with repair of our septic system. We are also seeking $80 to replace a tarp that was used and damaged by the gunite crew.5.Slide We request that our slide be delivered to our property as it was paid for in advance.6.Unused funds As of to date $71,204.50 has been paid to Pulliam Pools. We request a detailed expense report be provided that shows all costs associated with our project up to this point. Any unused funds should be returned to us.
