Pulliam Pools Response
06/24/2024
Regarding the issues outlined in your review, Pulliam has resolved or is in the process of resolving each issue. It is not standard practice for Pulliam to cover the decking and coping during construction. Scratches will occur even with covering the material and are easily buffed out. If the scratches are unrepairable, Pulliam will replace the scratched pieces. We have sent crews out previously upon request to address the scratches, but the type of decking makes it difficult to see all the scratches. The pool heater cover was scheduled to be reversed at the start up of the pool, but the homeowner took it upon themselves to make the correction sooner. Since the homeowner is not licensed to do so, they technically voided the heater warranty. To remedy the equipment being installed too close to the propane tank, Pulliam moved the propane tank at Pulliams expense without question. The drainage issue was corrected as soon as it was discovered. The lights were installed less than 6 off over the length of the pool and Pulliam agreed to fix them, but the homeowner declined. The color fixtures have been ordered and are expected to be delivered this week. The hole in the plaster is scheduled to be filled. It is about the size of a pencil and is not causing any water loss according to the homeowner.
