believe this company to be owned by ************************* who sold me a house under GBOH LLC and the house was built like a house of cards, it was built to look like a good solid house, it is not. The joists that overhang from the roof are not the same joists that are inside the roof of the house. These joists were caulked together. This is what he puts his guys to do, is to caulk all the defects and paint over them. They built the house they sold me over an unleveled foundation and left a rotted beam in there for some reason. If 99% of ********* are good, why would you leave a rotted beam in there? Why not just replace that one beam? They siliconed on the kitchen sink without using the under counter kitchen sink kit to nail it into the granite so that kitchen sink collapsed on me.We asked this man to cover the pit well because I have a small child, he told his men to throw their construction debris into my pit well.So far this man has cost me over $4000 and still counting, because he never disclosed that the house was built unleveled nor that it was only partially pier and beam, it is also concrete slab which we learned after the purchase. So that will be another $6000 just to level. They installed an air conditioner without adding the pea tray. So at any point in time because I have fake joists sticking out of the side of my house, some of it with OSB subfloor plywood laid on top, at any point the sides of my roof could collapse. When they built the front porch, looks like a piece of the 3-Step Ground Contact Pressure Treated Pine Stair ******** cracked, instead of going out to get a new one which are like less than ******************************************************************************************************************************* the center so one of the steps was warping inwards, which I had to pay $300 to have it replaced. None of this was disclosed during the sale.Do not buy properties from JBA properties, nor GBOH LLC nor *****************.
