1 starIf I could not give any stars I would. I have lived at this community since 2018 and the management company and leasing staff were great. Olympic properties took over in 2019 and its been trash since. The leasing office cant keep staff to save their life. They charge bs fees that never are addressed at renewal and without notice. Constant p*** around the property, started charging for carports when we barely have parking already. Just got an email that the amenities will no longer be 24hrs (which is why a lot of ppl like this community) and it starts less than 30 days, next week in fact. Our balconys (which we pay an arm and a leg to be here) cant have anything in, not even an outside matthere has been more crime in this community than ever before. Broken gates, squatters, its absolutely crazy to me how terrible this company is. I cant wait to be out of this h*** hole. Do not recommend!Review fromEthan S

1 starTerrible management company. They kept the entire security deposit and charged 500 on top of it for normal wear and tear to carpet and walls.Review fromraktim d

1 starTLDR: Avoid Eterno Apartments! Crime-ridden, withheld deposit, junk fees, shady rent hikes, and Management ignores filth/safety. RUN!I lived at ***************** for two years before moving out due to worsening security, poor maintenance, and excessive fees. After Olympus Property took over and rebranded the complex from ****** to ******, conditions deteriorated significantly. My deposit remains unreturned two months after moving out, with management citing normal wear and tear without providing a breakdown. The property is unsafe, with frequent break-ins and a broken front gate that allows easy access. Despite claims of on-site security, nighttime patrols are ineffective. The complex is dirty, with overflowing trash and algae-covered lakes. Residents face unnecessary fees, including a $15 package service and a 9% online rent payment fee. Rents are high, partly due to the use of RealPage software, which is under a *** lawsuit for allegedly inflating rents. While the front office and maintenance staff are helpful, management prioritizes profit over maintenance and resident safety. The community has become a cash grab, leading many long-term residents to leave due to rent hikes and poor conditions. I strongly advise against living here.Review fromAsher P

1 starIf I could give negative stars I would. I paid their application fee when we were interested in moving in. Never ended up moving because they couldnt figure out how to run our credit and wanted an *additional* $900 deposit instead (the next home we applied to had no issue running our credit). Two months after we decided to not move in, I started receiving bills in my email for an administration fee, which was never disclosed in the application or upon meeting with their agent. I have spent the last few weeks trying to get ahold of someone who can tell me what these fees are for with no luck. They have been unhelpful, rude, and condescending. I would never recommend this company to anyone.Review fromRen P

1 starThis place is a piece of trash with roaches and lying office staff. They collected my rent money and still told me I was late on paying on day 4 with a paper listing all their fees saying on or before the 4th at 11:30 i got a late fee charge. Its $55 to use your debit card. On day 1 I didn't even have balance to pay. I've been here less than 25days. And it's roaches and dog s*** everywhere. Neighbors loud all time of the hours. The promise of getting a discount is a lie they changed it to selected apartments once you apply. This place is a true joke. Within the time frame I've been here i haven't seen pest control but charged 7.00 for that. NOBODY HAS CANE TO SPRAY. JUST DONT BOTHER!!Review fromMichael W

1 starOur experience at *************** was characterized by discrimination, neglect, and retaliatory behavior, demonstrating a disregard for tenant rights and basic responsibilities.Discrimination and Improper Charges Despite providing valid service animal documentation at move-in and to their third-party verification company, we were unlawfully charged pet rent throughout our tenancy. This violates the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and California Government Code 12927(c)(1), which prohibit fees for service animals. The management rejected our documentation without justification, creating unnecessary financial hardship.Failure to Prove Damage On December 18, 2024, the management sent photos claiming damage caused by our dogs. However, the photos fail to show damage exceeding normal wear and tear. Under California Civil Code ******, landlords must substantiate such claims to justify deductions, and these photos do not meet the required standard.Maintenance Neglect and Poor Conditions The apartment was in poor condition upon move-in, requiring repairs for cleanliness and other issues, including:Corroded Sink Pipe: Flooding due to a deteriorated pipe.Washer/Dryer Malfunctions: Overflow issues caused water damage.Shower Tile: Loose and falling apart.Stove Replacement: Persistent issues required a full replacement.Numerous work tickets were submitted, but many repairs were delayed or ignored, reflecting a lack of upkeep.Retaliation Following Legal Action After my husband filed a slip-and-fall lawsuit due to unsafe conditions, we faced retaliatory behavior, including delayed responses and hostile treatment. This violates California Civil Code ****** and created a hostile living environment. Conclusion ********* Lofts demonstrated systemic negligence and failed to comply with federal and state housing laws. I strongly discourage prospective tenants from renting here and urge authorities to investigate their practices.Review fromTara M

1 starThese apartments have MOLD issues and will not fix them. There is mold all through the walls in the bathrooms and they replace a piece of drywall instead of fixing them. I had a mold test done in the apartment and it came back positive after Redstone had someone come out and said their test came back negative but the company lost the results, after seeing my positive test results, I was told they had to use a different company of their own and it came back negative allegedly, and of courseno results once again. I myself tested positive for mold poisoning and instead of treating the apartment, they transferred me to a worse apartment that hadnt even been fixed or inspected. The fire extinguisher has been out of compliance since August, I moved in September, it is now December. This place needs to be shut down. None of the bathrooms are sealed and the quick seal they use doesnt last. Theres mold under the bathtub faucets, mold around the toilet where the quick seal is cracked, the apartment had dirt and dust, brown rust down the toilet bowl of the master bathroom, my window in the living room is broken and doesnt open, the cheap plastic vinyl flooring wasnt changed out and they cut it wrong and covered the parts of the flooring not covered by the vinyl with some brown marker and theres dirt and crumbs embedded in it. This place is a safety hazard and they dont care.Review fromAmanda T

1 starI could never recommend this property here in ***********. They recently purchased this property and it is nearly impossible to communicate with them. Took 17 calls, messages, a visit and an email to get a response from the office. I have suffered from the extremely loud noise from my upstairs neighbor for months. Its all day and into the night until after midnight. Have reached out to security and police several times. No help. Im 73 recuperating from 2 knee surgeries within the past year and an aortic aneurysm and the noise keeps me so anxious and stressed that its a health risk for me with my aneurysm. Elevates my blood pressure to where Ive had to be hospitalized. No security here either. My car was stolen last year and just recently , an attempt was made to do it again resulting in damage to my car. Homeless people loitering in the ravine behind these luxury apartments cut the wiring causing the elevators to be out for 3 days. Cant do the stairs so I was homebound. Not the first time elevators broke. Its been several times!Trash stays in hallways for 3 days every week. ******! All of this for only $1575 a month! I have requested to be released from my lease but they wont accommodate me. Been a great tenant here for 4 yrs! Dont move here!Review fromLauren K

1 starIf I could rate this complex a zero I would. Im not one to leave reviews butDo not look past the reviews because I did and regret it. The complex is poorly managed, if you need anything from the leasing office, you have to go down there; good luck getting anyone on the phone. When you go down to the leasing office they are all either sitting on their phones, not answering calls, or simply gone; *** the manager in particular. After many instances of giving the leasing office the benefit of the doubt (and towards the end of my lease), I contacted Olympus Properties and after they were informed of the issue; I was finally contacted back by the leasing office. The leasing office called multiple times, left voicemails, and even came to my door, which has never happened. Cielo is not concerned about their lack of communication with tenants until theyre contacted by their boss. The gate in the parking garage is almost always broken and the elevators are also broken off and on monthly. The entire year I lived there, the amenities were and are under construction, unable to use but still paying for! While the lofts are beautiful, I had issues with ants and cockroaches in the summer despite Cielo spraying.
