  Very unprofessional complex I was scheduled to move In Saturday that didnt happen it was then moved back till Monday I went today to get keys and pay first month rents my apartment unit was not ready I then was told maintenance doesnt work weekends so nothing in my unit had changed from Saturday. At this point I had paid my deposit , renters insurance and got lights cut on now I am left homeless after a 3 week process of thinking I would be moving into my apartment today

  The present management business for the Lofton Place apartments, ********************* ***************** is the subject of this grievance. The company's integrity, or should I say lack thereof, is awful. Employees of African descent are denigrated. They are aggressively handled when attempting to voice their opinions and redirect because corporate office human resource refuses to take on any situations based on their personal relationships with ***********************. They aren't heard when attempting to express profound concerns to elevate the property to a new level. There solutions are a result of retaliation.. The business fails to pay its debts while sitting back and allowing one company or vendor after another to incur debt as a result of their financial obligations to the business. The strategies used are immoral, and investors are kept in the dark about everything. I strongly suggested if seeking employment from ********************* to change directions immediately.

  I PRAY this is the sign youre looking for to AVOID THIS APARTMENT at all costs, it is an embarrassment. I never write reviews, but hope this can save someone. If you care about your quality of life (not exaggerating) I beg of you, do NOT move here, there are other apartments. Also, visit this complex more than once, and youll see the piles of trash in the streets, gutters hanging from the sides of the building, unlicensed maintenance men that go into your apartment without permission (I had a camera inside of my apartment), and stray cats everywhere. Please do not buy into their cheap apartments and upcoming renovations excuse. The property manager *******, is a JOKE and will use her passive attitude to start an argument, this has happened with several residents!No water for days or AC/Heat: A/C and heat has broken down 10 times since living here. Unlicensed maintenance men never fixed the problem. The entire apartment complex was without water for 2 weeks during the holidays and their explanation for fixing it was to give out buckets to take from the dirty pool water to place in our toilets to flush. This is a health hazard!No amenities, pest control, or trash valet: They will still charge you monthly. Mailroom is closed and all of your mail gets redirected or lost to the local post office, packages are also stolen every now and then. The pool hasnt been open in the 2 years of living here, but can be seen brown and full of gunk at the top. Okay, lastly, THERE ARE ROACHES. They do not have pest control here, I have never seen a van, person, or company that provides pest control in 2 years You will pay for amenities that you cant utilize because they are broken down 90% of the time!

  These apts are the worse ever!! *******, the apt manager is extremely rude and condescending! ******* her assistant is even worse! I have had absolutely NO water since Christmas Eve and today is the 27th and after telling us early Christmas AM that maintenance was on the way, it obviously wasn't. So maybe tomorrow that will be 5 days! Can't fluse toilet can't wash dishes, so nothing to eat on! I have bought 50.00$ of bottled water which should be reimbursed me but it won't!! But they manage to raise our rent 100$ every year!!! I am on ss retirement and they soak me for every cent they can get I wish I could move but I am 75 y/o and have no transportation and don't know any one here
