Residential Controls and Safety Valves have a two-year warranty. Commercial Controls and Safety Valves have a one-year warranty. If a return is a warranty, a replacement is sent in a timely manner. If an item is returned within 30 days for a refund, we have a 20 % re-stocking fee. All control returns must be sent back through check-out and QC to check for calibration and temperature tolerances before being offered as available for sale.
