Had my roof recently replaced due to hail damage. Was really impressed with sales manager *********************. From start to finish, she was very clear on what to expect, and very thorough in making sure the job was done well. She worked with me and the insurance adjuster and made the process go smoothly and made good recommendations. The roofing crew completed the job in a day and did an excellent job on the roof and cleaning up. I would say the crew and **** were never hesitant to go the extra mile and make sure I was satisfied, which is really rare these days. Super appreciative. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the job ***************************** and his crew did. He inspected the roof, helped file the claim for hail damage, kept in contact throughout, and explained every step thoroughly. . ******* is very knowledgeable but at the same time willing to ask advise from more experienced people in order to complete the job in the best possible way. It was a difficult job and they did an outstanding job. My wife and I are beyond pleased with the result.Tarrant Roofing Response

I called ********************* and he showed up immediately to look at the suspected area. He then sent the pictures to the repair for an estimate. I approved and the the repair man showed up and fixed the problem. ****** kept me informed throughout the problem and kept things going without delay. Thank you ******!Tarrant Roofing Response

Recently had to have our roof replaced due to a hailstorm. We worked with *************************** from Tarrant Roofing and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They worked directly with us and the insurance company and took all the headaches away. They provided improved materials for the shielding and in the valleys and it looks great. They were quick and cleaned up everything - if we werent home it would be hard to that anyone had been there. Highly recommend ****** and the Tarrant Roofing crew.Tarrant Roofing Response

*************************** led our roof replacement and did a phenomenal job. From the first meeting to the completion of the job, he was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew took care to protect the area around the house including the pool and cleaned up afterwards. ****** stayed after they were finished to make sure all was cleaned up and answered all our questions. Outstanding service by project manager ***************************. Very patient and thorough. ****** inspected my roof and helped me file a claim, which was approved. I then went to a friend to replace the roof. We had a falling out over nitty details (Im 70).So I called ****** and asked if Tarrant could still handle the new roof. He patiently agreed and agreed to the countless nitty details that I had insisted on. Short story ********************** patiently and thoroughly took care of all of my issues and I now have a beautiful new roof and gutters.Thank you Tarrant roofing and especially ***************************. Having to replace your roof is not fun or cheap, and the market is full of bad actors. We were lucky to find Tarrant roofing who sent **** out to manage the project. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and a go-getter. Most importantly though, we felt we could trust her and she wasnt taking advantage of us. Things dont always go according to plan of course, but **** was always on top of any issues that came up and resolved them as quickly as possible. She was on-site the day of the install to make sure everything went smoothly. The roof has been installed for over a month now and no issues. Overall we would recommend Tarrant Roofing and ****!Tarrant Roofing Response
