I purchased my residential solar panel system from Envismart on July 2016 for over $30k. In 2019, the transformer went out and I tracked the company down under the name Envirosolar, and they repaired the unit under the 25 linear power warranty/10 year product warranty. I am in need of a solar panel system inspection due to residential electrical concerns and am unable to reach them due to the business no longer in business.Initial Complaint

I purchased solar panels from this company in 2017, than my wife became ill and I never really paid attention to see if they were working with some much going on with her health of having to travel to Dr's, testing and hospital stays, in Jan of 2022, she passed away, after that I was noticing that my electric bill pretty high, I contacted them and was told if I had solar panels, they were not generating power as they should, I called the company without success, the number was no longer working, tried to call another solar panel company to see if they can come and check them, no will come, due to it's not there panels, contacted to loan company that it got financed thru and they refuse to help either, I am a retired and disabled man who can no longer continue to pay for something that isn't working, I am having to pay double with the electric bill and the solar panels.Initial Complaint

Solar system purchased in 2017 from Envirosolar quit producing electricity approximately 6 months again. Numerous attempts via phone, text and email to request warranty service has resulted in no contact. Apparently the company is still in business according to tv ads and internet. I have tried to call the company, because my solar panels have not worked for several years now, and I can't get no one to help me. I purchase the panels on 9/17/2017 in the amount of $30,000. The job was never completed. I was promised these panels would save me energy and replace my light bill. In the past 5 years the promise has yet to be met. My light bill is completely high as if I have no panels. I tried contacting Envirosolar and never got a call back. Im left so confused because these panels have cost me a lot of money and have never work. I was promised lifetime warranty for the panels. This is absurd and I really need help to find a resolution to this. Im stuck paying $270 a month for the loan on these panels plus a light bill. My contract with this company is to cover any damage panels, do service on panels, remove and replace panels. When I need some work done I find the company is no longer in business, no one let us know this was happening and I have no idea if anyone is covering their commitments, however it seems we are just left in the dark.Initial Complaint

My light company wrote me a letter stating that my solars panels arent reporting the power products by my solar panels. I wouldnt have know that. So I was able to research the problem, it seems to be a Communication problem. Thats when I called every number I had from envirosolar company no one has call me back or even email me back. Look up BBB complaints and see they have left a trail of **** off customers. And even a lawsuit against them. So Beware of this Company.Initial Complaint

On May 30,2017 I purchased solar panels for my home from Envirosolar in the amount of $49,900.00. On May 2022 I noticed my light bill very high I then contacted the light company and was notified that my solar panels were not working, that they were not producing any energy. I then called Envirosolar several times and left several messages and never had a return call from them. I then called the number that was provided for the warranty and I was told to download an app on my phone and give grant ********** to access my panels. I did download the app and after that nothing else was done. I have been calling again 06-Dec-22 being that last time I called and my call went unanswered as well as leaving a voicemail and received no return call.
