      I ordered a percussion black powder revolver. Which requires no FFL, and can be shipped directly to your door because it is not considered a firearm by federal or state laws here in *****. I paid for next day air shipping. The item is now passed due and has not arrived. When I go on their website to my own personal account, it says that I have no purchase history with them whatsoever. The order confirmation number is #*******. I even have a confirmation email with this number on it. To anybody reading this do not order from this company. This many complaints in such a short time is for a reason people. $397.02 down the drain.

      I am rejecting this response because: upon receiving the delivery of the gun, I took it to the shooting range to fire it. Upon firing the gun I noticed that it jammed on cylinder rotations. This is unacceptable for a brand new gun.

      ******************** will need to contact the manufacturer with any issues regarding their product. The manufacturer has a lifetime warranty. ******************** is more than welcome to contact us directly if he has any issues resolving the warranty claim with NAA.

      I attempted to purchase a gun, ammo, and accessories and in total the order with all fees turned out to be 1750$. I was fine with that. I put all my information in, and it said something was wrong. So I re-entered my bank information and tried again to buy it, but it said the sale was declined. So I don't have a gun or anything but I get an email from my bank warning me of potential fraud. Looking through the email my bank sent me, CheaperThanDirt is attempting to DOUBLE charge me for a sale they wouldn't even process, essentially just giving them 3400$ without getting anything in return. If this does not get settled and the money does come out of my account, I WILL get my lawyers involved and this will be one sorry company.

      The two transactions that ******************** sees are pending authorizations. We will not process the payment on those transactions. We advise that ******************** contact his bank to find out when his funds will be released back to him. The bank is in control of that time frame.

      ************************** ordered an accessory item and a firearm.  The shipping and handling fees to process and ship the accessory and the firearm were itemized in detail at the time of checkout.  We do not charge any additional fees other than what was shown at checkout.  We have removed ************************** from our communication list as requested.

      I purchased a scope on 11/21/2023 from their website. The total was over ***** dollars. On friday 11/24 I get an email informing me that they want me to send them a copy of my ID as it is their "new policy" for new customers. I did not feel good about it, but I still took a picture of my ID (**** driver license). I immediately received an email informing me that my order has been canceled. My ID has the same name as my credit card, same city and same zip code. However, looking at my ID it is clear to see that I am an immigrant, looking at my name on my ID it is clear to see that I am a jew. This company then decided to cancel my order altough I am an American who served military. On an excuse that they will not sell to me (unlike a claim that they are out of stock). It brings me to the only logical explanation that I was denied service because I am originally from ******. Shame.

      Several aspects of the order did not pass our fraud filters. Even after receiving a copy of the driver's license, the address listed wasn't consistent with the billing address for the credit card.  All of those factors led to the cancellation of the order. His ethnicity did not play a part in the decision.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The address on my credit card is the same address on my driver license, it is the same city and the same zipcode. The business can try and use the address on my ID as the address on my credit card to charge for the item (which they did). the charge went and pass well. The business did not try to communicate with me or explain anything, but deny my order. Clearly a different reason than claimed.

      My boyfriend bought his first gun. Because he just turned 18 & He didn't realize the website says 21+ to order. After a couple days they sent him a note saying he isn't old enough to purchase from the website. So he asked for a refund and Was told he'd get it in 2-3 business days. It's been a week now and nothing is showing up on his bank or anything. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS! $600 GONE! He needs his refund back. This is getting ridiculous he calls everyday and they say the same thing.

      ****************** reached out to us because he believes that he received the wrong color firearm. The order confirmation for the item he ordered has a description that states that the firearm has a Wintery ******* Camo Scheme, a White ******* Frame, and has a White ******* Camo Cerakote Finish just like the firearm in the pictures he attached. We are sorry to hear that the customer is not happy with his purchase after the fact, however all sales of firearms are final. When purchasing a firearm from our website, the instructions state:

      Please note! All Firearm Sales are Final
      It is important to thoroughly inspect your firearm before completion of the transfer. Once the firearm is transferred into your name, Cheaper Than Dirt!will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance. If a defect is discovered after completing the transfer, you must contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.

      ****************** had an opportunity to inspect the firearm at the licensed dealer prior to taking possession.  Even a cursory inspection would have revealed the color of the firearm. If he felt that it was not the firearm he intended to purchase during the inspection, at that point we would have had an opportunity to return it. However his acceptance of the firearm was acknowledgement that the firearm was correct.

      On 6/1/2023 I ordered an LWRC REPR MKII Elite in **** (rifle) with side charger and carbon fiber barrel from Cheaper Than Dirt. When I went to the *** dealer to pick up the rifle, I found that what was sent was actually a standard LWRC REPR MKII with a steel barrel and rear charging handle. This was not what I paid for and $562 below the **** of what I ordered. When placing the order I diligently confirmed that I ordered what I wanted as "all gun sales are final" and you must confirm in the item description- not go off of the pictures as they may not be accurate. I then called Cheaper Than Dirt to alert them of the issue without completing the transfer and losing any chance I had of a return. The lady at customer service seemed like she was trying to be helpful but also gave me misinformation. She said that it was an "in-line change from LWRC", I was sent an elite, and they no longer offered the carbon fiber barrel. This is not true as ******'s just began posting new LWRC REPR MKII Elites on their site- albeit for a higher price. She offered to work with the *** to return the rifle and refund my money. I explained this was NOT what I wanted as I wanted the original sale honored. She said she would have a supervisor from that department contact me the following day as this occurred at and after 5pm. I spoke with the supervisor today (next day) and was offered a $250 gift card to accept the rifle or my other option was to return it. He also mentioned that when they had them in stock the price was $600 higher than what I purchased. I confirmed that sounded right but I purchased due to the low price. Ultimately he said that since they did not have them in stock there would be no effort to "special order" what I had purchased. This was a classic attempt at a bait and switch from everything I see. That or complete negligence. They can't have it both ways where customers pay for not reading the description and they don't properly fix their mistakes. That is not ok.

      On 6/1 I purchased an ARR-176-004, 2-RA20G202A, ******, **********, 2-MGCAMA1120A and an ARR-842-004. I didnt receive the ********** or the 2 MGCAMA1120A. When I tried to let CTD know about what couldve been an honest mistake, they tried to tell me I didnt order it. I sent screenshots and then they told me it was from my cart, it was the CONFIRMATION EMAIL. The costumer service is laughable at best. They sent me tracking numbers that both said delivered. They even tried to blame **** They must be broke as h*** scamming all these people. ************* up to the name congrats.

      ************** contacted us on June 1, 2023 through our online chat feature. He spoke with one of our supervisors and asked to have items AKS-17-049 and 2-MGCAMA1120A removed from his order. We have attached a transcript of the online chat for reference. So the reason he didnt receive the items is because he requested to have them removed from the order.

      I ordered some ammunition from CheaperThanDirt.com. They were $15.89 per round and when they totaled my bill up they did not have shipping and handling online when I ordered it. The shipping and handling was more than the product. I told them that I want to send the ammo back because I did not see the cost of the shipping and handling. The rep said it was nonrefundable.

      All items are clearly itemized during the checkout process including the shipping/handling charges and applicable taxes. Our Terms of Use that is presented before a customer places an order is attached. It states that ammunition is non-returnable and that an order cannot be canceled once the Place Order button is clicked.  As a courtesy to **************, we will refund for the ammo portion of her order. It can take 1 to 3 business days for a refund to reflect on her bank statement.

      I purchased an FMK 91C G2 pistol from Cheaper Than Dirt. I received it today. The gun was defective. The trigger wasn't working, and when I pulled back the slide to c*** it, it remained stuck in the fully extended position. I was told it was a "manufacturer warranty" issue, and refused to accept the return and issue a refund. I've owned two of these exact guns, and there's no way that FMK would ship out a gun in this condition. Don't ****** your money doing business with Cheaper Than Dirt. Their products are questionable and their customer service is worthless.

      We are sorry to hear that ****************** is having an issue with the firearm he purchased.  All of our firearms are shipped new in the box as they are received from the manufacturer. We do not open the boxes and inspect them prior to shipping them.  Because of this we state on every firearm product page:
