    I inquired about services with this company, just inquired!!! They sent a couple of emails and all of a sudden they are doing a review without my knowledge and charging me for a service I didnt know I signed up for. Because I never signed up for it! They provided a document that was e-signed and not by me or my husband. Completely fraudulent!

    Hello *******,

    I spoke to *************************** on 8/24/2023. After speaking to him he did realize The Ray Tax Group was the company he signed up with on 5/11/2023 to protest his property taxes. He also submitted payment to our company on 9/11/2023 for our service.  I have attached his receipt for payment.

    Ray *** group did not operate in good faith when obtaining my signature for property tax services. Even though 3 total employees from RTG have completely ignored the fact that they contacted me after I had signed with another firm and THEY (RTG) were informed of a hearing date (RTG request PDF), I have confirmation from Property *** Protest on 5/7/21 (*** signed documents email) that they are my representatives (AoA and Service Agreement). So, it is established in these attachments that I signed with *** first. RTG contacted me after they received notice that I had a hearing scheduled and ask me to sign their paperwork even though they could see I already had representation. They then went ahead and scheduled their hearing to be before the other group (a claim that they have made; I have no evidence that they set a hearing date for 6/14).As can be seen in numerous other emails, the timelines provided by RTG constantly change. First there's a hearing sometime in June. Then I have a September email about the hearing not being completed. They I finally get an invoice in October 3 months after the *** invoice for a successful reduction. Their confirmation documentation is also dated October. So, once again, Ray *** Group did not operate in good faith and has continued to not operate in good faith. They cannot even seem to keep their own records straight as far as billing, hearing, completion, signatures, etc.. That, or they are willfully being deceitful.I want this claim kept open, and I want my bill cancelled out.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    You have not addressed any of the moral/ethical concerns that were brought up as to HOW you became the authorized agent. You have not proved that RTG acted in good faith. No contract is enforceable if it was not entered into nor executed in good faith.

     

    You can cancel out this bill.
