We do see that you paid for parking but you didn't pay for the full time parking. You only paid for 2 hours of parking and you were on the lot for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Therefore, this is valid and upheld. We will offer a settlement of $70.00.

I have received a picture of my car in my mail box with a scammish letter demanding $90 and somehow my wife panicked and paid for it. They also charged her $95. I've checked their reviews and it seems like they're running a humongous scam and phishing system within *****************. Please kindly take this message serious and let me know what can be done about this company.

Your vehicle was parked at ************************************************************************ for 54 minutes without paying to park. If you did in fact pay for parking on 6/14/24 at this location, please submit the proof of payment to ******************************************************************************* If you didn't pay for parking this notice is valid and upheld. The $90.00 fee is a penalty fee that is set by the parking lot operators/owners. This is the fee for all of these violations. It is due and upheld. We consider this matter closed and paid in full.

I am rejecting this response because:

Only the government agencies may penalize US citizens in case of a violation. No one can set up penalties on their own just because they want and set up an "whatever amount" to charge people for the parking violations. On the other hand, I was not driving the car on that day and that time and without a proof of me driving it, sending me a "threatening bill" to ruin my credit score is extortion and bullying and is violating my rights. I've already reached out to federal sources and I'm sure your "company" alleged in illegal activities of penalizing people has heard back from attorney generals of 3 states: *****, ******** and ********. Either way you should stop illegal activities you've been involved and refund your victims. We will continue pursuing fair resolution of this case and possibly you'll be hearing with class action lawsuit regarding your activities. I'm a lawyer by trade and will make sure to not let it go.

On 6/12/24, I went to an art show at *****************************************************************************. I entered off of ***************. There was a sign that said parking was to the left. I went that way. The car in front of me parked and I parked next to it. There was no "no parking sign". There were no more signs saying to keep going. This is the parking lot of the building for the art show. I had no idea I coudln't park there. When I returned, I didn't have a ticket and didn't know anything was wrong. Today, I received a letter dated 6/16/24 saying that I owed $92. Violation reason was "no payment received". I looked up the show information to see where I should have parked. It's in the same lot, just up and to the right closer to the door. The fee is $10. I think a $92 fine for this is excessive.

This is a valid notice and will be upheld. We will offer a settlement of $72.00 to close this out and you can call and pay with one of our representatives at ************.

On March 16th 2024 I passed through a parking lot while looking for parking twice in the span of 60 minutes. Parking Revenue Recovery Services sent me a letter claiming I had not paid to park there when in fact I did not park at all. They sent a formal request of $92 to cover the parking violation. I contacted *** letting them know this was a misunderstanding and even included my parking receipt from a city lot where I ultimately parked - 10 blocks away from the *** parking lot. How could my car be in two places at once?I've contact *** but they claim without verification of payment for their lot (which I didn't park in) they can do nothing. I really hate to report a company but Parking Revenue Service has been unwilling to resolve this dispute. I'm happy to withdraw this complaint if *** ever resolves/dismisses this fraudulent claim. On May 11, 2024, I parked my vehicle at **************** parking lot in ******. I paid for my parking which was $11.55 for 1 hour. I had gone over by 20 minutes and didn't see a way for me to pay on site for the extended time, so I just left. I have now received an invoice (actually a notice, PCADAL-******) in the mail for $87.00 so I called to dispute the extremely high bill. The rep that I spoke to said they could offer a $20 reduction which is still 6 times the parking rate. I agree that I should pay for the extra parking but $87 and now $67 is extreme. I would be willing to pay an additional $11.55 which I feel is more than enough for the extra 20 minutes.

      Business response

      06/27/2024

When you pay for parking you get an expiration time. Once that time is up you are to either pay for additional time or remove your vehicle from the lot. You can either add on time or start another session to get yourself extra time. Neither of these was done therefore you received this notice. It is a flat rate penalty fee that they parking lot operators/owners set and we just enforce. This fee is for all violations for expired time no matter how long they are over the paid time. This notice is valid and upheld. We will honor the settlement you were given of $67.00.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was not going to pay again because I am sure you would have still tried to bill me the outrageous parking fine.  I had another person pay for parking in the same lot on the same day and they received the same outrageous fee.  I dont mind paying for the additional time but $67.00 is nothing but a scam.

The $67.00 charge is a flat rate penalty fee that is set by the parking lot operators/owners and not us. We are just enforcing the rules that they set. This is the fee for all violations on this lot. It is upheld.

My wife ****** in a PRRS parking lot at *********************************************************************** It was on 5/16, and she paid for 1 hour of parking, from 5:58 AM to 6:58 AM. Her car exited the lot at 7:07 AM.The company is charging $87 for leaving the lot 9 minutes after expiration. This is a predatory behavior that this company continues to perpetrate around *******. We asked them to drop the charge and they said to pay $62 instead, while not offering a proper payment channel (probably because they want a direct payment via phone with no evidence).Notice Number: SECRDU-******

When you purchase a parking ticket it gives you the expiration time on it. Once that time comes up you are to either pay for additional time or remove your vehicle from the lot. The parking lot operators/owners set the rules of the lot and also the fees that are associated with the violations. We just enforce them. We do see that you were only a few minutes over the grace ****** so we are giving you a one-time courtesy dismissal. Just know for future you must be off within 5 minutes of the expiration time.

I received a notice in error from this company. PCADAL-******. I rented a car through **** and went to a restaurant on ********** in ********* On May 19,2024 around 5pm. I received a parking ticket on windshield & paid the ticket soon as I received it which was $75 plus service charge. On 06/10/2024 I received a notice through Turo in which they billed the host saying no payment was made. I also notice the amount was higher, the dates, the time, and parking location were all wrong. Notice looks fabricated. You see a heavy set looking man in the pictures, and no man was driving vehicle. The parking lot has address I didnt park nor drove into. I have reason to believe the notice was fabricated. The parking lot I parked at was full , it was daytime, and located on ********** across from the restaurant named NoWhere. I have proof I paid this ticket and disputed via email but received no response. It is not right that the host received this notice and I had already paid ticket.

I spent three nights in downtown ******, ** and received a parking ticket for each day even though my parking receipt shows I had time. Ticket #1 issued on 06/07/2024 at 10:24 AM but my receipt shows valid until 06/07/2024 at 03:40 PM. Ticket #2 issued on 06/08/2024 at 07:58 AM but receipt shows valid until 06/08/2024 at 09:01 AM, and Ticket #3 issued on 06/09/2024 at 08:10 AM but receipt sows valid until 06/09/2024 at 09:19 AM. I do not understand how a company can give out tickets when there is valid receipt left on the dashboard each and every day of my visit. I tried to dispute online and it told me to send an email which I did but the email said it was invalid.

I received two parking tickets at the same parking lot even though I paid for parking and had ample time left. The parking receipts were displayed on the dashboard next to the state inspection sticker so there wasn't any way that the person missed seeing the parking receipts. First ticket was issued on 07 June 2024 at 10:28 AM even though receipt shows parking expiration was good until 07 June 2024 03:31 PM. Second ticket issued on 09 June 2024 at 08:11 AM and parking expiration was good until 09 June 2024 at 10:03 AM. I don't know what type of scam this company is trying to pull on giving out tickets to people that have valid receipts.

There was a valet collecting money to park here. I paid him *****. I am being charged a fine for illegal parking. There were other cars parking and paying the valet as well.

The refund to ***** will be processed the first part of next week and mailed to them next week as well.
