However, I did not park in their lot and have a receipt for the lot I did park in with the exact time stamp that the business says I was in their lot. I couldnt have been in two different lots at the exact same time

I received 3 fraudulent tickets from the parking revenue recovery services after buying a two week parking pass for $94. The first ticket was $80, then I got two more on the same day within 1 minute of eachother somehow, each was $45. I had my parking pass - so this shouldnt have happened, and I filed a dispute directly to the company via this email: ********************************************************************************* *********** has been unresponsive, and I believe this is a scam. I would consider legal action but that would be more expensive than the fraudulent tickets they gave me. Not sure what to do so decided to file a formal complaint here.

On April 5th 2024 I passed through a lot while looking for parking twice in the span of 40 minutes. The private company: Parking Revenue Recovery Services sent me a letter claiming I had not paid to park there when in fact I did not park at all. They sent a formal request of $82 to cover the violation and initial parking cost they claim I did not pay. I contacted them, letting them know this was a misunderstanding and in fact did not park on their private property during the allotted time from 10:44 AM (ET) to 11:26 AM (ET) on that date. Rather, I instead passed through the lot while searching for parking at those two times, which can not reasonably be charged since I did not use their service. They took a photo of my car passing through and claimed I had parked and not paid. Their response to my email was to lower the price to $62 for 2 weeks before raising it again. The letter had also threatened to tow my car if I had not paid the charge in full.

I paid for 3 hour parking. I was charged for 3 hour parking. I return to my vehicle before the pass I paid for expired. For some reason, I was charged for 3 hours of parking and was only given 2. The lowest duration offered by the ** code I scanned to pay for a pass was 3 hours. Yet, I was ticketed as if I bought a 2 hour pass which is impossible because 2 hours was not an option. Otherwise I would have bought the 2 hour pass and planned accordingly. I was mislead into being charged for 3 hours and was only given 2. The receipt will show that I was only given 2 hours, but as preciously mentioned, that would be impossible considering the shortest duration given by the ** code was 3 hours. Attached are emails I sent to Parking Revenue Recovery explaining the situation in better detail. I have yet to hear back from them after emailing them March 23, 2024.

I have been parking in the same parking lot, paying the same amount, everyday and every single day I receive a parking ticket in the mail weeks later. No ticket is ever placed on my vehicle which is a requirement and they are simply attempting to receive additional revenue from individuals who already paid.

I paid for two hours of parking. Allegedly, the time ran out and I left 30 minutes after the time ran out based on the letter I received. Parking Revenue Recovery sent me a notice that I had to pay $92 dollars because of that. I appealed it and they said I could pay $72 dollars. It was $32.89 for two hours. Im not paying $72 dollars for something that that should not be issued at all. This company is here to make money and they are unethical. Its sad that if someone doesnt appeal then they are paying triple the price and then they attempt to reduce to justify the price. Ridiculous. This company is corrupt and unethical in their practices.

This fee you are being charged is a flat rate penalty fee for not following the rules of the parking facility. The hourly rate is not available except on the day of parking. This notice is valid and will remain upheld. We will continue to honor the settlement fee of $72.00.

      Complaint: 21453563

I am rejecting this response because: the amount requiring a settlement of $72 is unreasonable. This was not displayed in the parking lot in view that a reasonable would be able to determine that they would be charged $92 for staying over 32 minutes. Thats ridiculous and unethical. This company is acting like stayed over night and I did this intentionally. I am not paying $72 dollars. At most, I should pay the hourly rate.
