Unless you know of the small print showing on their website URL, do not verbally enter into an agreement for the month to month membership and pay at the counter. That's how I started for several kids and have used that membership for several years now. Kids have outgrown this place, so it was time to end the month to month charges. No problems up until now... When I first started, the small print showing cancellation and 60 day continual charges were NOT mentioned or made known to me. I never agreed to such terms up-front and would not have done so otherwise. I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING IN AGREEMENT TO THOSE TERMS. I was simply told it was a month to month thing and you could cancel any time. Very simple, right? Not so much... Again, I didn't sign anything way back then and this place is trying to hold me accountable to these terms now (and I'm sure others to this unethical business practice). Make note friends, this place WILL NOT cancel your membership unless you pay them $20 per kid plus the continual monthly charges for two more months (60 days). That's the most unethical business practice I have ever experienced as to date for small time things like this and it's just unbelievable. Personally, I contacted my credit card company and blocked them from being able to charge me since they won't cancel my account. So sad this is how they want to end such a long relationship. So shady... Steer clear! I will make sure my word of mouth customer experience is known to all that I come into contact with from this point forward.
